ABSTRACT
Processing for data – data transaction in revenue cycle and expenditure cycle processed manually, in Toko Jaya Mandiri Bandar Lampung. Each day
become more difficult to be applied because of employee’s ability in reminding,
counting and storaging transaction data. Because of that the owner cannot get precise and automatic information.
This paper produced computerized system with database for revenue cycle and expenditure cycle in Toko Jaya Mandiri Bandarlampung. Within this application database system, there is also some benefit that the owner could get, such as saving data transaction would be centralized with back up data system, automatic accounting system, and timeliness result in precise time. And this application can be access using Microsoft Access 2007 with the addition of 11 table, 10 query, 7 form, and 7 report which can be accessed using switchboard.
Using this database system, urging the owner to provide one PC and external drive to run the application and database system, conduct training for employees, print-out result stored in sequence with proof of payment number, storage and inspection report every day is done, and if there is power outage, owner can use manual proof of payment, then can be inputted to database.
