Article 11 Applicab l e Laws

Effectiveness

Termination

(1 ) The G/A shall enter into force on the date of signatuw by JICA and the Government of the Republic of 1ndones,a. prov1ded that the EIN •s 1n Ioree.

C2) When JICA recognizes any of the fo:lowing sllllali on!>, JICA may. by

notification to the Governmer.t of the Republ•c of Indonesia. suspend in whole

or in part the nghts of lhe Government of the Republic <>f lndonas!a and I or

require the Government of \toe Republic or Indonesia te> reme<ty ｴｨｾ＠ srtuation.
