1. Ambil 5μl cairan serum/plasma 2.Teteskan kedalam lubang sampel Dengan menggunakan mikropipet. Berbentuk persegi yang bertanda ‘S’
3. Tambahkan 4 tetes larutan pengencer 4. Lihat Hasil Tes dalam 20 menit. Kedalam lubang pengencer.
