ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitaif. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek sebanyak 65 karyawan PT. Telkom Divisi Regional I Sumatera. Alat ukur yang digunakan, yaitu skala perilaku inovatif dan skala servant leadership. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan (p = 0,00). Servant leadership memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,5% terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan (r square=0,205). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai frekuensi perilaku inovatif dan tingkat servant leadership yang dipersepsikan karyawan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership toward innovative behavior. This study used quantitative approach. This study used 65 employees of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional I Sumatera. Innovative behavior was measured using a innovative behavior scale and servant leadership was measured using servant leadership scale. The study were analyzed using simple regression method and the results showed that there is a positive effect of servant leadership to innovative behavior of employees (p = 0,00). Contribution of servant leadership to innovative behavior was 20,5% ( r square=0,205). This study is expected to provide information about the frequency of innovative behavior and the level of servant leadership that perceived by employees.
