Title, number of pages and language(s) of the notified document: The Draft Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia "On Making Changes and Amendments to the Government Decision No. 1843-N (“On the Approval of the Technical Regulation on Technical Exploitation Rules of the Elements of Gas Economy and the Requirements for Work Safety”) adopted on October 29, 2004 (available in Armenian, 12 pages).
6. Description of content: This draft technical regulation lays down the technical exploitation rules of the elements (appliances, devices, and infrastructures) of gas economy and the nature of the work carried out during exploitation. It also includes the new requirements defined by newly adopted normative legal acts.
7. Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: To abolish the inaccuracies and misprints found in the technical regulation, and to ensure safe work conditions protecting human life, health and the environment.
