It is our pleasure to introduce our Company which is located in the rich & fertile Nile Delta :
We have established our factory and maintained our Quality Management System according to ISO 9001/2000, by the Germanischer Lloyd Certification' we are also HACCP Certified and Organic Certified Firm. We have been
registered in the U.S. Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) since 200'1. We utilize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), We were lucky to have had Mr. Nazzareno Simonetti, the ltalian Expert in olive oil for 30 years, as the Plant Manager in Egypt, to establish and run the factory according to the
international standards of olive oil production. olive Oil :
We are using the Pieralisi automatic continuous olive oilextraction plant for the processing of about 2.5 tons/hour of olive which produces about 500 tons mainly of "Extra Virgin Olive Oil"(and some lower grades) per year. Our modern factory is built on an area of 1500 square meters to be upgraded with another 4 ton/hour line in the future. We have our stainless steel storage tanks from "Walter Tosto Serbatoi", ltaly, fully equipped with all the options Our laboratory assists continuously in the analysis and quality control of the oil produced. Wecan pack in flexitanks, drums, tins, bottles orin any private package under your private label. We can also do co-packing.
We are producing the "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" according tothe International Olive Oil Council (l.O.O.C.) specifications. We are exporting our production to ltaly, USA,Morocco, Palestine and Gulf Area. This oil is extracted from the best kinds of imported olive varieties, planted in Egypt. They are planted in the fertile Nile Delta. The weather and the soil in Egypt are very conducive to excellent Droducts. With the coolness ofthe Mediterranean during the day ' this enables us to get quality olives and for us to produce an Excellent Quality
Extra Virgin Olive Oil which beets both CODEX & LO.O.C. specs. The olives are hand picked. The varieties are the Greek Cronaky, Lecio, the ltalian coratina, the Spanish Picoal, Arabqueen and Shamlaly as well as the local Egyptian high quality olives. Ouf olives are grown under our supervision according to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to ensure food safety and proper cultural practices in utilization of pesticides.
