PENERAPAN METODE F UZZY MAMDANI DALAM PENENTUAN PERSEDIAAN BERAS
TAHUN 2015
(Stusi kasus: Perusahaan Umum BULOG Divisi Regional SUMUT)
ABSTRAK
Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Sumatera Utara mengalami masalah ketidakpastian dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan beras yang optimal. Logika fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sistem yang mengandung ketidakpastian. Pada penelitian ini membahas penerapan logika fuzzy dalam menyelesaiakan permasalahan persediaan beras pada Perum BULOG divisi Regional Sumatera Utara dengan pendekatan Fuzzy-Mamdani. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data pemasukan, penyaluran, dan persediaan beras dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2015. Perancangan sistem untuk memperoleh output dilakukan dengan tahap-tahap: (a) Pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, (b) Aplikasi fungsi implikasi, (c) Komposisi aturan, (d) Penegasan (defuzzifikasi). Penyelesaian masalah dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy-Mamdani dilakukan dengan metode centroid dengan bantuan software matlab 6.1 toolbox fuzzy sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang dinginkan pada variabel output. Dari data perhitungan Fuzzy-mamdani persedian beras untuk bulan januari diperoleh 18.485, 567 ton, sedangkan data menurut Perum BULOG Divisi Regiona Sumatera Utara pada bulan januari adalah 35.038 ton, maka dari analisis pembandingan antara persediaan beras realisasi dengan pendekatan Fuzzy-Mamdani terlihat berbeda dan hasil dari pendekatan Fuzzy-Mamdani lebih optimal.

APPLICATION OF FUZZY MAMDANI METHOD IN DETERMINING SUPPLY OF RICE 2015
(case study : BULOG Public Company North Sumatra Regional Division)
ABSTRACT
BULOG Public Company North Sumatra Regional Division is experiencing a problem of uncertainty in determining optimal amount of rice stock. Fuzzy logic is a method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. This research discusses the application of fuzzy‟s logic in solving problems rice stock to Perum BULOG of North Sumatera Region‟s Division approach to Fuzzy-Mamdani. The data which used in this research are the data entry, distribution, and rices stock from the month of January to December 2015. The design of systems to obtain the output is done in stage by stage (a) Establishment of a fuzzy set, (b) Application implication function, (c) Composition of the rules, (d) The assertion (defuzzyfikasi). Problem solving by using the method Fuzzy-Mamdani is done by centroid method using Matlab 6.1 software fuzzy toolbox so desired results will be obtained in the variable output. Data calculation of Fuzzy-mamdani supply of rice for the month of January was obtained 18.485,567 tons, whereas the data by Perum BULOG of North Sumatera Region‟s Division in January was 35.038 tons, so the analysis of the comparison between rice stock realization with the approach Fuzzy-Mamdani look different and the result from approach fuzzy-Mamdani more optimal.
