First step towards a healthy life is a healthy diet. What you eat in a day is so important for performing various functions during the day. A healthy diet is a solution to most of our health problems. It’s the most important solution.As our lifestyle changes so does our food habits. We tend to eat more junk food as it is readily available but such food has an adverse effect on our health. Most of the fast food that we eat is unhealthy, impure and adulterated with many harmful substances. Hence there is a need for a healthy diet plan that provides us with all the important macro and micro nutrients that we require on a daily basis.

Each individual has different needs when it comes to nutrition hence it is very important to

understand that people will need different diets as per their requirements. Some people are looking for a quick weight loss, some people want to gain muscles and put on some weight, while some just want to maintain the status quo. There are different types of diet plans available for different needs let’s try and understand few of them

It is tough to lose weight given our food culture and dietary habits. A typical Indian meal is high in carbohydrates and sugar – we eat a lot of potatoes, rice, and sweets. We also enjoy munchies and can't image going a day without namkeens or bhujias.
