Vocative is form of a word that used when addressing somebody. People can see, read, or find vocatives in the dialogues. They can know how to address someone, for example the terms of direct adress to call persons such as names, like Mary, endearments, like honey, titles without name, like Sir and Doctor, or indefinite pronouns, like anybody know?. It belongs to language variety topic. It is one part in sociolinguistics subject which describes about language in life. Vocatives are easy to learn through book, movie, or the script of movie. The movie script of Vocative Found in Iron Man 3 and Shadow Recruit is an interesting script to read because the words in this script are easy to be understood. Besides that, in Vocative Found in Iron Man 3 and Shadow Recruit, there are a lot of types of vocatives that should be known by the readers.
The objectives of this research are (a) To identify the dominant form of vocatives found in Iron man 3 Movie Script.(b) To identify the dominant form of vocatives found in Shadow Recruit Movir Script.This is a qualitative research study, the data were collected by searching the transcript of ‘Vocative Found in Iron Man 3 and Shadow Recruit’ from video,Waching video,Writing the dialogue rearranging the transcript into good dialogue, reading all the dialogues in ‘Vocative Found in Iron Man 3 and Shadow Recruit’ movie script, identifying words or phrase in the dialogues which contain forms of vocatives in ‘Iron man 3 and Shadow Recruit movie script, Then, they were identified and analyzed based on what Bruti, Perego (2005) and Halliday and Hasan (1989:12) particularly exemplified.
The result shows that the numbers of forms of vocatives that are observed they are sevent forms in Iron man 3 They are as follows: first names (62), full names (13), kinship terms (8), titles (54), group terms (0), second person-pronoun (3), indefinite pronouns (2), endearments (6). The result shows that the numbers of forms of vocatives that are observed they six forms in Shadow Recruit Movie Script.They are as follows: first names (30), full names (4), kinship terms (0), titles (10), group terms (0), second person-pronoun (1), indefinite pronouns (4), endearments (1).It can be seen that first names used very often by main characters in Ironman 3 and Shadow Recruit Movie Script because the context of situation shows that the power is equal, contact is frequent and affective involvement is high.
Finally, for the students, the lecturers, the other researchers, I suggest that they observe another forms of vocatives, because vocatives consist of many varieties.

Vokatif adalah bentuk kata yang digunakan untuk memanggil seseorang. Orang dapat melihat, membaca, atau menemukan bentuk vokatif di dalam percakapan. Mereka dapat memahami bagaimana cara memanggil seseorang, contoh bentuk memanggil secara langsung seperti nama, contoh Mary, bentuk ungkapan kasih sayang, contoh sayang, gelar tanpa nama, contoh Tuan dan Doktor, atau kata ganti orang tidak tentu, contoh siapa saja yang tahu?. Itu semua termasuk dalam pembahasan keanekaragaman bahasa. Adalah salah satu bagian pembahasan sosioloinguistik dimana menggambarkan tentang bahasa di dalam kehidupan. Vokatif sangat mudah dipelajari melalui buku, film, atau naskah film. Naskah film Iron man 3 dan Shadow Recruit sangat mudah dipahami. Di samping itu, ada banyak macam-macam vokatif yang perlu diketahui oleh pembaca.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (a) untuk menentukan bentuk-bentuk vokatif yang ditemukan di dalam naskah film Iron man 3. (b) untuk menentukan bentuk-bentuk vokatif yang ditemukan di dalam naskah film Shadow Recruit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, data yang diambil dari naskah dalam bentuk naskah film Iron man 3 dan Shadow Recruit, kemudian menata naskah tersebut menjadi percakapan yang bagus, membaca seluruh percakapan dari naskah film Iron man 3 dan Shadow Recruit, mengidentifikasi kata-kata atau frase yang termasuk bentuk-bentuk vokatif dari naskah film Iron man 3 dan Shadow Recruit, mengelompokkan kata-kata atau frase yang termasuk konteks situasi vokatif dari naskah film Iron man 3 dan Shadow Recruit. Semua itu di identifikasi dan di analisis berdasarkan teori dari Bruti, Perego (2005) dan Halliday dan Hasan (1989:12).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di dalam Ironman 3ada delapan bentuk vokatif yang diamati. Yaitu terdiri dari (62) first names, (13) full names, (8) kinship terms, (54) titles, (0) group terms, (3) second person-pronoun, (2) indefinite pronouns, (6) endearments. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di dalam Shadow Recruit ada enam bentuk vokatif.Yaitu terdiri dari (30) first names, (4) full names, (0) kinship terms, (10) titles, (0) group terms, (1) second person-pronoun, (4) indefinite pronouns, (1) endearments.Dapat dilihat bahwa first name sangat sering digunakan oleh tokoh utama di dalam naskah film Ironman 3 dan Shadow Recrui, koneksinya sering dan kecenderungan keterlibatannya adalah tinggi.
Akhirnya, saya sarankan bagi seluruh siswa, seluruh dosen serta peneliti lainnya untuk mengamati bentuk-bentuk vokatif lainnya, karena vokatif memilki banyak macam.
