Pengeluaran konsumsi rumahlangga alas dasar harga konstan 1993 pada tahun 1998 sebesar 265,9 Iriliun rupiah alau turun sebesar 2,9 persen dibanding tahun 1997. Sedangkan pembentukan modal lelap bruto lurun 40,9 persen hingga mencapai nilai 82,6lriliun rupiah.

Pada keadaan Oktober 199B. suku bunga kredit rupiah untuk kategori modal kerja di Bank Asing dan Campuran tercatat paling tinggi yaitu 51,49 persen. Sementara unluk kategori investasi, suku bunga lertinggi ada pada Bank Swasta Nasional. yailu 40,61 persen.

The credit interest rates for the category of working capita!. Foreign and Joint Banks are the highest rates among others, which is 51,49 per cent in 1997. Nevertheless, for/he ca/egory of investment, the highest interest rates are on Private National Banks by 40,61 percent.
