2) Business ethics
Doing business that need an advanced course ethics, business ethics is a special ethics (applied) which was not originally developed in Indonesia in the history of business ethics developed in the United States.
Business ethics was born in the community because a lot of cheating going on as well as the outbreak of ethics violations resulting in unfair business competition.
In addition we have to understand the business ethics ethical public should also understand specialized in business of economics; as such businesses will be better able to apropriate activities with the principles of good business, because business ethics invites business people to reflect on the business world from the ethical angle.
The success of a business or entrepreneurial venture not only from the standpoint of the benefits achieved, but also seen on the ethical behavior of business people who live it. A person or company's success can be seen one of them through ethical actors also profit from the data.
Communities are increasingly aware of the importance of ethical issues in business, then at the undergraduate level educational institutions in particular has put business ethics courses in the existing curriculum.
In business ethics is the art and discipline of applying ethical principles to examine the problems that often occur in the business world. For it is in our
interests to balance between the sale and the buyer in relation to the economic order.
Businesses need to be touched by the moral sense to run a good business and good business is through a thorough understanding of business ethics or specific.
Ethical issues that often arise in business actions typically can be either:
Using the name of the company for personal self-interest.
Receiving or offering commissions outside the bounds of reasonableness.
Firing employees without a labor agreement by the rules.
Divulge trade secrets to others.
Faking the quality of goods are marketed.
Using enterprise infrastructure facilities for private purposes.
No discipline in carrying out the work assigned.
Stealing the belongings of the company for personal wealth, and so on.
Premises of the problems the problems mentioned above, it can be understood that the importance of a "business ethics" run their business activities in both national and international scale.
In fact this time the international community also is demanded that implementation of business ethics must be focused and clear, especially regarding the quality of goods and services sold in the international market.
The implementation of the principles of business ethics in Indonesia is still a lot of problems or constraints, including the following:
Moral businesses in Indonesia are still low, many do dishonesty or fraud.
Company held by many people who lack experience in the field of business.
The economic situation in Indonesia is not yet stable; so many people make a breakthrough origin or generate but do not pay attention to ethics in business.
The political situation in Indonesia is still not conducive to sometimes pay less attention to good ethics in business.
Still weak law enforcement in Indonesia, many businesses are doing fraud but convicted of very light and some even totally acquitted.
These constraints should certainly be taken seriously among business people and other interested parties, namely the public and government. We must understand our society is now increasingly critical of all fields.
Conditions as above it makes good business people become or have a bad image, bad image that especially the business people in Indonesia are not many good moral and ethical to say no.
By holding a business with good ethics and comply with all rules there will inevitably be a professional and reliable businessman.
Professional businessman, are those who can work in the field of advanced economies, by leveraging existing resources to earn big profits without deception or fraud, or deception.
All work or business, if not done honestly, would soon go bankrupt or out of business because today's society has been increasingly critical of everything that exists in society. Communities are now more willing and open to provide an assessment of what is happening, especially in the business world in Indonesia.
Businesses that hold good business ethics will definitely do the obligations, including:
Doing good faith in conducting its business, both in the business of business goods and services.
Provide clear information, true and honest about the condition or state of a business that dealt with certainty in the absence of fraud.
Serving buyers or consumers in an honest, fair and non-discriminatory.
Can ensure the actual conditions on the quality of goods and services.
Want to be sincere and willing to give an opportunity to the consumers to test the product or service being tested.
Want to give a compensation if the goods we did not match the offer or sale.
To provide compensation in the event of an error in sales order item.
Provide good service to any consumer or customer.
Comply with all applicable laws concerning the rules of doing business in Indonesia's economy.
Comply with the obligations as well as business people to heed existing business ethics business definitely will run smoothly and can thrive in both the national and international scale.
Additionally businessman must have tenacity and toughness, and leadership skills in running the company.
Running of the company, is highly dependent on the extent to which the company is able to serve the community through economic competitiveness and innovation while fulfilling a moral obligation on the part of interested
parties. The role of government is supposed to act as a controller if the company violates the provisions of law or ethics.
The problem is more prominent in the 21st century and that should be prioritized by businesses include moral obligation, political, and economic interests to the wider party, among others, the completion of a trade war in the national competition. (Ketut Rindjin, 2004:90).
In response to the problems that exist in society the government should be more attention to the current economy is felt heavily by the community, with supervision and the implementation of good policies to avoid conflicts or unfair trade war. Where to occur unfair trade competition collisions will occur which could harm the course of our national economy.
Thus in order to avoid a problem in the business, of course, should we prioritize good intentions, honest in acting, responsible, each giving the right information and comply with applicable laws and refers to good business ethics and correct. Thus the problems-problems that arise in the present can be reduced, because the logic of business activity is for profit, but should still heed the norms of morals and ethics in society in particular.
Discuss the business issues mentioned about the responsibilities of business people, because in addition to responsible self-responsible businesses owners and public companies as well as government. By realizing businesses, it has a responsibility certainly will not happen turmoil and instability in the operations.
Besides the benefit of doing business if we are not careful there will be the risk of loss.
Understanding risk, according peril: an event / incident that is likely to cause a loss or any kind of losses. Losses: the losses suffered as a result of unexpected events, but have fallen on individuals or organizations. (Daeng Naja, 2009:110).
So is the risk of a circumstance or event that causes a loss to be borne. Risk does not always happen, but the risk can occur at any time without our desire.
To avoid the risk that cannot happen, of which we have been able to anticipate or protect as early as posible for the non-occurrence or minimize the risk of occurrence of a risk.
To anticipate the risks that arise in business is insurance, because the insurance principle is to accept the transfer of the risk or the loss of someone who was represented by the insurance company.
Businesses operating in addition be responsible for the risk, should also be able to create a good service that is quality services so as to give satisfaction to the customer.
Buyers of our products or our customers to be our priority in the business we conduct business. Important aspect of such business is to produce quality products, excellent service and the customer is satisfied with what we give.
Customer satisfaction is one of the elements that support the business ethics, if only because we are not looking for profit regardless of the magnitude of the buyers of our products, with customers satisfy that there will be continuity between our businesses and users of our services or our products.
With the good continuity between buyers and businesses that produce goods for sure what will go smoothly and rapidly advance and envolvement.

Abstract
Lately, many suspects in our country that was like cinema art of law.
Criminalization Centurygate start for Case of Cicak Vs Buaya, Case of Antasari Ashar and the last case is Anas Urbaningrum direct to be alleged corruption of Hambalang.
Characteristic of a criminalization is technique. Wherever criminalization runs, a scenario will precede in implementation. In that scenario, certainly there are techniques.
For example, the error sought or imposed use laws. And than, double standards enforcement is also included in this action. Not only that, the expansion of the substance of the problem could have been done to find a alternative that could be reason for violation, so someone still criminalized. So, criminalization is two impacts crucial for people; sense of justice of the people and the ability of the judicial system to enforce the law on the criminalized act. Both of them can be fluencies by some stakeholders whom the ruler.
