Employee Development Program
Management of the Company’s employees has been started since integrated labor planning is in line with the direction of long-term business development.
Employees who need special competencies are included in training both internally and externally.

Pada sisi lain Perseroan juga menjaga hubungan industrial yang harmonis sangat diperlukan dalam peningkatan kondisi kerja, produktivitas, daya saing, dan kualitas kerja. Adanya hubungan industrial yang harmonis semakin diperlukan seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan. Peraturan Perusahaan merupakan sarana menjaga hubungan industrial di Perseroan, yang mengatur berbagai hal terkait hubungan antara Perseroan dengan karyawan, khususnya terkait kesejahteraan. Untuk itu Perseroan tidak hanya memenuhi ketentuan kesejahteraan dasar dalam Peraturan Perusahaan, namun lebih dari itu berupaya selalu meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan komponen kesejahteraan antara lain:
- Program jaminan tenaga kerja (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Program Pensiun
- Tunjangan hari raya keagamaan (THR) - Pelayanan medis dan BPJS Kesehatan - Sumbangan sosial (suka dan duka) - Rekreasi
- Telekomunikasi bagi karyawan dengan jenjang jabatan tertentu
- Tunjangan pendidikan anak karyawan yang berprestasi
- Reward atas loyalitas karyawan yang bekerja lebih dari 5 (lima) tahun
Seluruh nilai yang diberikan Perseroan selalu mengacu dan memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku di bidang ketenagakerjaan.

Industrial relations
On the other hand, the Company also maintains harmonious industrial relations which are very much needed in improving working conditions, productivity, competitiveness and quality of work. The existence of harmonious industrial relations is increasingly needed as competition increases. The Company Regulation is a means of maintaining industrial relations in the Company, which regulates various matters related to the relationship between the Company and employees, especially related to welfare. For this reason, the Company does not only fulfill basic welfare provisions in Company Regulations, but more than that it seeks to always improve its quality with the welfare component, including:
- Labor insurance program (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) - Pension Program
- Religious holiday allowances (THR) - Medical services and BPJS Kesehatan
- Social donations (happiness and condolences) - Recreation
- Telecommunications for employees with certain positions
- Educational allowances for high achieving employees
- Reward the loyalty of employees who work more than 5 (five) years
