-6- H. DISTRICT BYLAWS AMENDMENTS
Australia - Article III, Section 1, The territory of this district has been changed from 6 division to 8.
Capital - Article XV, Section 1, Increase in the subscription price of the District Bulletin from $2.50 to $3.50 and increase in district dues from $6.50 to
$9.00.
Carolinas - Article XV, Section 1, Increase in District dues from $8.00 to $10.00.
Georgia - Article XVI, Section l(b) (c), added that each member shall pay to District, Interim New Member Dues in amount of $5.00 which will apply to all members added to club roster afte~ submission of the Original Permanent
Organizational Roster of Kiwanis International.
Article XVI, Section 3, added, "Subscription price of the District Bulletin and the Interim New Member Dues."
Illinois - Article VII, Section 3, delete, "shall be composed of at least five (5)
E. Iowa members and." Also, added the terms of office for the Committee on Key Clubs and Circle K.
Article XIV, Section 3, change "Committee on Public and Business Affairs" to
"Committee on Community Services."
Michigan - Article XV, Section 1, Increased district dues from $15.50 to $17.50.
Article XV, _added a "Section 4" with reference to the payment of the_
registration fee f6r ~he District Convention.
New York - Article XII, Section 3 (a) and 2nd paragraph, Allow fo~ more than 2 can- didates to be elected for governor-elect for the District Convention. Also changed this in the following sections:
Ohio -
4(a) and second paragraph and Section 4(d)(l) - four places.
Article XV, Section 1, Increase in District dues from $11.00 to $12.00.
Increase in Foundation Bulletin from $2.00 to $2.50 and changed total amount from $13.00 to $14.50.
Article V, Section 4(d), adding that the Treasurer shall be the chief finan- cial officer of the District.
Article VI, Section 8, the Secretary shall also submit a copy of the Board of Trustees meeting to the members of the District Board of Trustees.
Article VII, added a Committee to District Operation called, "Nominees."
Article VII, Section 3(a), the phrase "appointed by the Governor" shall be changed to read, "elected by the Delegate Assembly."
Article VII, Section 5(#la), delete the phrase, "and may at his discretion, submit his appointment to his Division Council."
Article VII, Section 5(:/fo?a), change the word "monograph" to "a descriptt ::>f responsibilities and functions as recommended by ... "

Article X, Section 15, the Secretary shall also submit a report to the Board of Trustees of the District.
Article XII, Section 4(h), adding the phrase "and (2) post on Finance and Structure Committee."
Article XII, Section 4(h)(#l), added "and elected posts on the Finance and Structure Committee." Also added paragraph stating, "The conference shall submit to the convention no more than four (4) names as candidates to fill two (2) elected posts on the Finance and Structure Committee."
Pennsylvania - Article VI, Section 3, Increase in number of meetings per year from 2 to • 4. Adding the Board of Trustees may meet at the International Convention.
Article XVI, added a Section 10 with reference to the proceeds from the sale of the district office building in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
Article XV, Section 3, allow for a district wide solicitation of funds for the ~ennsylvania Kiwanis Foundation and Pennsylvani~ District·outreach Program.
Rocky Mtn. - Article VII, Section 3, added "Committee on Administrative Boundries." Also added a paragraph on officers of the above committee.
Article VIII, added new Section 19 (previous Section 19 now 20) stating duties of above said committee.
Southwest - Article X, Section 9, added "District Secretaries Emeriti" to allow them to become delegates-at-large to ?11 conventions.
W. Virginia - Article III, Section 1, Dividing of the division are set by the Board of Trustees of District and developed clubs shall be assigned to division by the Board of Trustees.
Article III, Section 2, Board of Trustees has the power to change the boundries of Division and also must give clubs involved thirty (30) days written notice of boundry change.
Aritcle XV, Section 1, Change District dues to $15.00.
Wisconsin - Article XV, Section l(a), Increase in district dues from $10.00 to $12.00 and Upper MI inrease in district bulletin from $2.50 to $3.00.
