2. HomeCable (TV Content)
The Company markets its Cable TV services under the
“HomeCable” brand. Cable TV services are available through the Company’s Cable TV Combo packages and broadband internet. In the cable TV offering, the Company has provided various attractive channels that provide entertainment to customers while at home with the TV channel consists of channels with SD, HD, and 4K quality.
The Company’s Cable TV service is channeled through set-top-boxes that are leased to customers where there is currently a new generation of set-top-box called Smart Box X1 which is an Android-based interactive set-top- box that supports video streaming, personal video cloud recording (Personal Video Recording), timeshift, and TV catch-up up to 7 days back, and enjoy 4K quality TV content. The latest feature provided by the Company this year is to upgrade the SmartBox X1 user interface (UI) which features a video recommendation.
Subscription content services have been developed further by providing Over-the-Top (“OTT”) services represented by the trade names “FirstMediaX” and “First+”. The following is a further review of the Company's OTT services:

• FirstMediaX (“FMX”)
Nama dagang "FirstMediaX" merupakan sub-brand turunan dari kategori produk televisi berbayar.
Perseroan telah menawarkan layanan Over-The-Top (“OTT”) sebagai bagian dari penawaran HomeCable sejak tahun 2014. Penawaran OTT saat ini diberikan melalui aplikasi FMX (awalnya ditawarkan pada tahun 2014 sebagai First Media Go), yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2015 dan memberi pelanggan akses ke layanan HomeCable mereka melalui perangkat pribadi seperti ponsel dan tablet.
Perseroan merupakan operator pertama di Indonesia yang menawarkan layanan TV everywhere dengan jajaran konten dengan skala FMX. FMX memungkinkan pelanggan menonton program favoritnya dimana saja dan kapan saja (anytime, anywhere). FMX juga mendukung video-on-demand dan catch-up TV.
• First+ (Kolaborasi OTT)
Perseroan sadar akan bertumbuhnya tren pasar pelanggan untuk menikmati layanan Video on Demand dengan berlangganan kepada penyedia layanan OTT. Untuk menjawab tren tersebut, Perseroan memutuskan untuk merangkul OTT dengan bekerja sama dengan Catchplay, VIU, dan GoPlay sebagai penyedia OTT. Kini para pelanggan dapat menikmati layanan paket "First+" yang berfungsi memberikan akses ke beragam platform OTT. Inovasi ini menjadi
• FirstMediaX (“FMX”)
The trade name "FirstMediaX" is a derivative sub-brand of the pay television product category. The Company has been offering Over-The-Top (“OTT”) services as part of its HomeCable offering since 2014. The OTT offering is currently provided via the FMX app (originally offered in 2014 as First Media Go), which was launched in 2015 and provides subscribers access to their HomeCable services via personal devices such as phones and tablets.
The Company is the first operator in Indonesia to offer TV everywhere services with a range of content on an FMX scale. FMX allows subscribers to watch their favorite programs anywhere and anytime (anytime, anywhere). FMX also supports video-on-demand and catch-up TV.
• First+ (OTT Collaboration)
The Company is aware of the growing trend in the customer market to enjoy Video on Demand services by subscribing to OTT service providers. To respond to this trend, the Company decided to embrace OTT by collaborating with Catchplay, VIU, and GoPlay as OTT providers. Now customers can enjoy the "First+"
package service which provides access to various OTT platforms. This innovation makes the Company the first pay television service provider in Indonesia that presents

Dalam penawaran TV Kabel, Perseroan telah menyediakan berbagai kanal menarik yang memberikan hiburan kepada pelanggan selama di rumah. Kanal TV terdiri atas kanal yang berkualitas SD, HD maupun 4K.
