In 2021, the Company had 859 employees, all of whom are employed in Indonesia. As at the latest practicable date the Company does not have a labour union and, to the best of the Company’s knowledge, none of its employees are members of any labour union. The Company considers its relations with its employees to be good. The Company strives to maintain good relationships with all employees by managing issues and any grievances through open and clear communication.

Keuntungan Karyawan
Sesuai dengan peraturan di Indonesia, seluruh karyawan Perseroan berhak atas program jaminan sosial (yang terdiri kesehatan, kecelakaan kerja, kematian dan pensiun) dibawah program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Program tersebut membutuhkan kontribusi 14,24% dari gaji kotor karyawan, dimana 4% ditanggung langsung karyawan. Selain kontribusi 10,24% dari gaji kotor karyawan, Perseroan tidak memiliki kewajiban lainnya untuk memberikan pembayaran kepada karyawan dalam program tersebut.
Manajemen Kinerja
Penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan menggunakan Electronic Performance Management System (“E-PMS”). Pengembangan E-PMS terinspirasi oleh prinsip “Management by Objectives”, Bonus karyawan, kenaikan gaji dan promosi didasarkan pada kinerja. E-PMS digunakan oleh departemen sumber daya manusia untuk pengelolaan remunerasi karyawan.
Perseroan pada tahun 2021 telah melakukan penyempurnaan dari tata kelola penilaian karyawan. Perseroan memanfaatkan teknologi secara terintegrasi dengan mengusung konsep “Balance Scorecard”. Teknologi integrasi ini diberi nama “First Squad Impact”
yang dapat diakses melalui mobile apps maupun situs web. Aplikasi penilaian kinerja ini memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi segenap karyawan untuk memasukan target kinerja dan melakukan evaluasi pencapaian kinerja.
Dengan pembaruan sistem ini Perseroan dapat melakukan pengukuran kinerja karyawan secara akuntabel dan dapat memberikan penilaian kepada karyawan secara obyektif dan profesional. Kehadiran sistem sebagai bentuk perwujudan konkrit bahwa Perseroan sangat memerhatikan tata kelola sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.
Employee Benefits
In accordance with regulations in Indonesia, all of the Company’s employees are entitled to social security programme (which includes health care, work accident, death and pension benefits) under the Manpower Social Security Programme (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial – BPJS). The programme requires a contribution of 14.24% of employees’ gross salary, of which 4% comes directly from the employees. Other than a contribution of 10.24% of employees’
gross salary, the Company has no further obligations to provide payments to its employees under this program.
Performance Management
Evaluation of employees’ performance is conducted using the best-in-class Electronic Performance Management System (“E-PMS”). The development of E-PMS was inspired by the Company’s “Management by Objectives” principles. Employee bonuses, salary increments and promotions are tied to job performance. E-PMS is used by the Company’s human resources department to manage employee remuneration.
The Company in 2021 has made improvements in employee appraisal governance. The Company utilizes technology in an integrated manner by carrying out the concept of “Balance Scorecard”. This integration technology is named “First Squad Impact” which can be accessed via the mobile app or website.
This performance appraisal application provides convenience and comfort for all employees to setting their goals and asses their achievements.
With this system update, the Company can measure employee performance in an accountable manner and can provide assessments to employees objectively and professionally. The existence of the system is a concrete manifestation that the Company pays great attention to the sustainable human resources management.

Membangun tata kelola sumber daya manusia yang handal tidak cukup dengan menerbitkan sebuah konsep atau teori semata, melainkan Perseroan juga berusaha mengupayakan realisasinya dalam bentuk program-program yang dapat memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua karyawan untuk berkontribusi secara efektif Dalam upaya menunjang implementasi berbagai program tersebut, Perseroan melengkapinya dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi digital yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh seluruh karyawan melalui mobile apps dan situs web.
