Competency Development Cost

Untuk merealisasikan 54 program pelatihan pekerja, Perseroan mengeluarkan total biaya sebesar Rp3.773.630.577 meningkat sekitar 267% dari nilai belanja pendidikan dan pelatihan tahun sebelumnya (2016) sebesar Rp1.415.263.314.

Peningkatan tersebut terjadi akibat peningkatan jumlah peserta pelatihan dan program sertifikasi, baik yang bersifat manajerial maupun pelatihan teknis. Selain itu, kebijakan efisiensi Perusahaan pada tahun 2016 juga mengakibatkan angka biaya pelatihan lebih rendah dari tahun 2017, di mana kebijakan Perusahaan justru difokuskan pada keahlian dan pengembangan kompetensi pekerja terkait dengan ekspansi bisnis Pertamina Gas.

To realize 54 training programs, the Company issued a total cost of rp3,773,630,577, an increase of approximately 267% of the previous year's education and training expenditure amounting to rp1,415,263,314.

The increase is due to an increase in the number of trainees and certification programs, both managerial and technical training. In addition, the Company's efficiency policy in 2016 also resulted in lower training costs from 2017, where the Company's policy is precisely focused on the skills and development of work competencies related to Pertamina Gas business expansion.

Untuk mengembangkan jiwa kepemimpinan, Pertamina Gas merealisasikan beberapa kelompok pelatihan, yakni pelatihan mandatory managerial dan Talent Development Acceleration Program.

Selain dalam bentuk pelatihan, Pertamina Gas juga menjalin kerja sama dengan beberapa perguruan tinggi untuk program beasiswa tugas belajar bagi pekerja yang bertalenta.

Human Resource Management Program

Sepanjang tahun 2017, Pertamina Gas telah melakukan berbagai program pengelolaan SDM demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemampuan pekerja. Program pengelolaan yang telah diterapkan pada tahun ini adalah sebagai berikut:

A. Organization Management:

1) Asistensi penyiapan dan penetapan Organisasi berbasis Pertamina Reference Level (PRL) di Anak Perusahaan dan Joint Venture PT Pertamina Gas, yaitu:

a. PT Perta Arun Gas melalui Surat Keputusan President Director PT Pertamina Gas, No. Kpts-08/PG0000/2017-S0 tanggal 30 Januari 2017;

b. PT Perta Samtan Gas melalui Surat Keputusan President Director PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts-04/PG0000/2017-S0 tanggal 20 Januari 2017;

c. PT Pertagas Niaga melalui Surat Keputusan President Director PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts-05/PG0000/2017-S0 tanggal 20 Januari 2017;

2) Penyusunan sistem aplikasi Career Path dan Succession Planning Perusahaan;

3) Pelaksanaan review matriks pemetaan tanggung jawab (RASCI Matrix) dan penyiapan struktur organisasi baru untuk mendukung rencana transformasi bisnis Perusahaan.

b. PT Perta Samtan Gas through a Letter of Decision of President Director of PT Pertamina Gas. Kpts-04/PG0000/2017-S0 dated January 20, 2017;

c. PT Pertagas niaga through Decree of President Director of PT Pertamina Gas.

2) Preparation of application system of Career Path and Succession Planning Company;

3) Implementation of a review of matrix mapping responsibilities (raSCI matrix) and preparation of new organizational structures to support the Company's business transformation plan.
