The Principle of Equality

Dengan latar belakang pekerja yang beragam, maka Perusahaan menerapkan prinsip non-diskriminasi secara konsisten dalam pengelolaan SDM. Pertamina Gas memiliki kebijakan untuk penerimaan, penilaian kinerja, remunerasi, dan pengembangan karier tanpa membedakan suku, agama, ras, golongan, gender, dan kondisi fisik.

Kebijakan non-diskriminasi menjamin setiap insan Pertamina Gas memiliki kesempatan yang sama dan setara dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan Perusahaan.

Kebijakan ini diatur dalam Perjanjian Kerja Bersama periode 1 Januari 2016 – 31 Desember 2017.

Komposisi pekerja Pertamina Gas berdasarkan gender menunjukkan total 82% jumlah pekerja laki- laki, yang dikarenakan pelamar pekerjaan dan sifat kegiatan Perusahaan yang lebih diminati kaum laki- laki dibandingkan perempuan.

This policy is governed by the Joint Working agreement for the period January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2017.

Sebagai industri yang berbasiskan sumber daya alam, Pertamina Gas membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang spesifik, berbeda dengan industri gas pada umumnya. Namun demikian, proses rekrutmen dilakukan secara terbuka sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kualifikasi yang diperlukan. Untuk jenis jabatan tertentu, Pertamina Gas memiliki kebijakan untuk menerima tenaga kerja lokal dengan kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang setara. Tenaga kerja lokal tersebut berasal dari wilayah-wilayah operasional Perusahaan. Kebijakan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Perusahaan terkait pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat.

Di sisi lain, regenerasi pekerja pada industri gas tidak secepat angkatan kerja pada umumnya, sehingga Pertamina Gas terus berupaya untuk menarik dan mempertahankan talenta demi mendukung pertumbuhan Perusahaan.

Selain itu, terjadinya turnover secara alami, juga mendorong Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas pekerja secara berkesinambungan melalui rekrutmen yang berkualitas dan pengembangan kompetensi serta didukung dengan penghargaan dan remunerasi yang kompetitif.

Safety, Occupational Health and the Environment and Medical Services

Pertamina Gas telah menetapkan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kecelakaan nihil pada setiap unit operasi. Program tersebut mencakup pelatihan, penyuluhan yang berkesinambungan, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana untuk keselamatan kerja, serta pengawasan dan inspeksi secara rutin. Namun demikian, pada tahun 2017 terjadi kecelakaan dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1 (satu) lost time injury, 1 (satu) medical treatment, 5 (lima) first aid, 8 (delapan) near miss, dan 2.817 unsafe act/condition.

Dalam bidang kesehatan, kegiatan Perusahaan meliputi tindakan pencegahan (preventif), pengobatan (kuratif), mempertahankan kesehatan (promotif) dan mengembalikan kesehatan seperti semula (rehabilitatif). Kegiatan pelatihan dan

Pertamina Gas identifies the achievement targets of each worker in performing in accordance with their respective roles and responsibilities. Performance appraisal of workers is done transparently and accountably. Performance appraisal is done by using the People review system.

Performance appraisal is conducted every six months in each of Pertamina Gas personnel. In 2017, Pertamina Gas has conducted a performance appraisal of 377 workers and a competency assessment with an assessment center method of 98 workers, followed by promotion and rotation process for the performance shown.

Performance Assessment

Pertamina Gas mengidentifikasi target pencapaian masing-masing pekerja dalam berkinerja sesuai dengan peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing.

Penilaian kinerja pekerja dilakukan secara transparan dan akuntabel. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem People Review.
