The Company has succeeded in implementing the strategic initiatives that have been formulated together with achieving optimal performance, with the value of new contracts in 2023 recorded at IDR 37.65 trillion or an increase of 58.64% compared to the realization in 2022 which was recorded at IDR 23.73 trillion.
The value of the new contracts recorded by the Company in 2023 is even the highest in the last 5 (five) years.
Secara rinci, perolehan kontrak baru yang dibukukan ADHI di tahun 2023 yang berasal dari Pemerintah tercatat sebesar Rp17,70 triliun mengalami peningkatan 172,64% dibanding tahun 2022 sebesar Rp6,49 triliun. Kemudian perolehan kontrak baru dari BUMN tercatat sebesar Rp11,95 triliun di tahun 2023 naik signifikan yakni sebesar 473,13% dibanding tahun sebelumnya yakni sebesar Rp2,09 triliun. Sedangkan perolehan kontrak baru dari swasta/
lainnya mengalami penurunan 47,25% dari Rp15,15 triliun di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp7,99 triliun di tahun 2023.

Dari total kontrak baru yang diperoleh, tercatat bahwa komposisi perolehan kontrak yang berasal dari Pemerintah adalah sebesar 47,02% lebih besar dibanding komposisi di tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar 27,36%. Sementara komposisi perolehan kontrak dari BUMN di tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 31,75% jauh lebih besar dibanding komposisi di tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar 8,79%.
Sedangkan komposisi perolehan kontrak dari swasta/lainnya di tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 21,23% atau lebih kecil dibanding komposisi di tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar 63,85%.
In detail, the acquisition of new contracts recorded by ADHI in 2023 from the Government was recorded at IDR 17.70 trillion, an increase of 172.64% compared to 2022 of IDR 6.49 trillion.
Then the acquisition of new contracts from SOEs was recorded at IDR 11.95 trillion in 2023, a significant increase of 473.13%
compared to the previous year, namely IDR 2.09 trillion. Meanwhile, the acquisition of new contracts from the private sector/others decreased by 47.25% from IDR 15.15 trillion in 2022 to IDR 7.99 trillion in 2023.
From the total new contracts obtained, it was recorded that the composition of contracts acquisition from the Government was 47.02% higher than the composition in 2022 which was recorded at 27.36%. Meanwhile, the composition of contracts acquisition from SOEs in 2023 is 31.75%, much higher than the composition in 2022 which was recorded at 8.79%. Meanwhile, the composition of contracts acquisition from the private sector/others in 2023 was 21.23% or lower than the composition in 2022 which was recorded at 63.85%.

Direksi senantiasa mendorong Perseroan untuk terus dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan berkualitas.
Di mana Direksi juga senantiasa selektif dalam menyasar potensi kontrak baru dengan selalu mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan usaha Perseroan.
Peningkatan perolehan kontrak baru ADHI di tahun 2023 tentu saja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Perseroan. Di mana pada tahun 2023, Perseroan berhasil membukukan pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp20,08 triliun mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp6,53 triliun atau sebesar 48,15% dibanding tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar Rp13,55 triliun. Adapun laba bersih Perseroan tercatat mengalami peningkatan 163,43% dari Rp81,24 miliar di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp214,01 miliar di tahun 2023. Selain meningkatnya perolehan kontrak baru dan pendapatan usaha Perseroan, peningkatan laba bersih Perseroan di tahun 2023 dibanding tahun sebelumnya, juga disebabkan oleh peningkatan produktivitas terhadap kontrak-kontrak baru yang sudah diperoleh dan pengakuan pendapatan dari LRT Jabodebek yang sudah selesai dan diserah terimakan di tahun 2023.
Peningkatan yang berhasil dibukukan Perseroan di tahun 2023, tidak hanya dari sisi pendapatan dan laba saja, namun begitupun dengan posisi keuangan Perseroan yang mengalami peningkatan terutama total aset dan ekuitas Perseroan. Jumlah aset Perseroan di tahun 2023 tercatat sebesar Rp40,49 triliun mengalami peningkatan Rp505,61 miliar atau sebesar 1,26%
dibanding tahun sebelumnya yang tercatat sebesar Rp39,98 triliun.
Ekuitas Perseroan juga mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar 4,48% atau setara dengan Rp395,00 miliar, dari Rp8,82 triliun di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp9,22 triliun di tahun 2023. Sementara jumlah liabilitas Perseroan hanya sedikit mengalami kenaikan, disebabkan oleh peningkatan utang usaha akibat peningkatan
The Board of Directors always encourages the Company to continue to increase sustainable and quality growth. The Board of Directors is also always selective in targeting potential new contracts by always considering the sustainability of the Company’s business.
The increase of ADHI’s acquisition of new contracts in 2023 was certainly have a positive effect on the Company’s financial performance. Which in 2023, the Company managed to record operating revenues of IDR 20.08 trillion, an increase of IDR 6.53 trillion or 48.15% compared to 2022 which was recorded at IDR 13.55 trillion. The Company’s net profit was recorded to have increased by 163.43% from IDR 81.2 billion in 2022 to IDR 214.01 billion in 2023. Apart from the increase in the acquisition of new contracts and the Company’s operating revenues, the increase in the Company’s net profit in 2023 compared to the previous year, also caused by increased productivity on new contracts that have been obtained and revenue recognition from the Jabodebek LRT which has been completed and handed over in 2023.
The increase that the Company managed to record in 2023, was not only in terms of revenue and profit, but also the Company’s financial position which experienced an increase, especially the Company’s total assets and equity. The Company’s total assets in 2023 were recorded at IDR 40.55 trillion, an increase of IDR 563.55 billion or 1.41% compared to the previous year which was recorded at IDR 39.99 trillion. The Company’s equity also increased by 4.90% or the equivalent of IDR 432.46 billion, from IDR 8.82 trillion in 2022 to IDR 9.26 trillion in 2023. Meanwhile, the Company’s total liabilities only increased slightly, due to an increase in trade payable due to an increase of productivity on new contracts.
ADHI pun senantiasa konsisten untuk membayarkan kewajiban- kewajibannya, salah satunya adalah utang obligasi, di tahun 2023, ADHI telah melakukan perlunasan utang Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Adhi Tahap I 2020 yang jatuh tempo pada 18 November 2023.
Selain itu, ADHI juga telah melakukan pembayaran bunga dengan tepat waktu, atas utang obligasi yang masih beredar. Penjelasan dan rincian pembayaran utang obligasi ADHI, sebagaimana telah kami sampaikan pada bab Profil dalam Laporan Tahunan ini.
