5.2. Saran

1. Seluruh tenaga kerja disarankan untuk menggunakan alat bantu saat melakukan proses bongkar muat, agar saat melakukan bongkar muat beban yang diangkut oleh tenaga kerja mengurangi beban yang diangkut.

2. Seluruh tenaga kerja disarankan memperhatikan posisi angkut yang benar sesuai dengan ergonomi.

3. Seluruh tenaga kerja disarankan melakukan kegiatan diluar pekerjaannya seperti rekreasi bersama keluarga, melakukan hobinya agar tidak merasa bosan dan jenuh terhadap pekerjaan yang telah lama ditekuni atau dijalankannya.
