BAB V KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
B. Saran
Adapun saran yang bisa diberikan pada penelitian ini untuk pihak perusahaan adalah :
1. Kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Kebersihan dan Petamanan Kota Medan sudah cukup baik, sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam
kepemimpinan tersebut. Sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai dengan maksimal.
2. Harus selalu menjaga komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dengan karyawan, maupun sesama antar karyawan sehingga terjalin hubungan yang harmonis dan terhindar dari konflik yang dapat menggangu pekerjaan dan juga kerugian-kerugian yang dapat ditimbulkan. Diharapkan semua dapat berperan aktif dalam menjaga komunikasi yang baik dan efektif tersebut agar kinerja karyawan meningkat sehingga apa yang menjadi tujuan organisasi lebih mudah untuk dicapai.
3. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang baik diperlukan kerja sama menerima instruksi komunikasi secara terbuka antara atasan dan bawahan sehingga instansi dapat mencapai tujuan yang semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan.
