Penilaian kinerja dilakukan setiap enam bulan pada masing- masing insan Pertamina Gas. Pada tahun 2018, Pertamina Gas telah melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap 331 pekerja dan penilaian kompetensi dengan metode assesment centre terhadap 60 pekerja, diikuti proses promosi dan rotasi atas kinerja yang ditunjukkan.
The assessment is done every six months for every personnel of Pertamina Gas. In 2018, Pertamina Gas has conducted performance assessment for 331 workers and competency assessment through assessment centre method for 60 workers, followed by promotion and rotation process upon the presented performance.
Salah satu komitmen Pertamina Gas adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh Insan Pertamina Gas dengan memberikan upah yang kompetitif di industri sejenis dan secara Pertamina Korporasi.
Sistem remunerasi Pekerja di atur dalam :

Struktur remunerasi disusun berdasarkan level jabatan, sehingga dapat memotivasi kompetisi pekerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Untuk menetapkan manfaat bagi pekerja, Pertamina Gas juga mempertimbangkan kondisi Perusahaan dan perkembangan bisnis serta sinkronisasi proses penilaian kinerja. Struktur pengupahan di PT Pertamina Gas terdiri dari :
1. Upah Tetap (Basic Salary)
2. Tunjangan Tetap (fixed Allowance) yaitu Tunjangan Daerah (Location Allowance)
3. Tunjangan Tidak Tetap (Variable Allowance) yaitu Tunjangan Posisi (Position Allowance) dan Tunjangan Manajemen (management Allowance)
4. Tunjangan Lainnya

The worker’s remuneration system is regulated in:

Kpts-o23/PG0000/2016-S0 dated June 27, 2016 regarding Adjustment of Remuneration for the Implementation of Pertamina Reference Level (PRL).
2. PT Pertamina Gas Board of Directors Decree No.
Kpts-oo32/PG0000/2016-S0 dated September 30, 2016 regarding Implementation of Pertamina Reference Level (PRL).
3. PT Pertamina Gas President Director Decree No. Kpts- 23/PG0000/2018-S8 dated May 14, 2018 regarding Adjustment on Salary and Payroll Regulation for Assistant Manager/Equal Higher Level.
4. PT Pertamina Gas President Director Decree No. Kpts-23 / PG0000 / 2018-S8 dated May 14, 2018 regarding Adjustment of provisions for wage promotion and Salary for assistant Managers / equivalent to above
The remuneration structure is designed according to the level of position to motivate the workers' competition to increase productivity. To determine benefits for workers, Pertamina Gas also considers the Company's condition and business development and synchronizes the performance appraisal process. Remuneration structure in PT Pertamina Gas consists of:
1. Basic Salary
2. Fixed Allowance, that is Location Allowance
3. Variable Allowance, such as Position Allowance and Management Allowance.
4. Other Allowance.
