B. Suggestion
In addition, based on the conclusions mentioned above, the researcher has the following suggestions:
1. For students
By knowing student personalities, it can have a positive impact on learning achievement, especially in English subjects. It is hoped that students can understand that each individual has a different level of personality so that each individual must have different motivations and learning techniques in the learning process to get maximum achievement.
2. For teachers
Researchers hope that teachers can teach English using various learning models that are more effective, varied and fun for students so that they can encourage students to have reading comprehension and
achievement. In addition, teachers are expected to have balanced attention to external factors (media, teaching methods, etc.) and internal factors (cognitive and affective) which can affect student achievement, especially in reading.
3. For researchers
The researcher got negative results in this study and hopes that future researchers can conduct better research from this study which allows for a correlation between student personality and reading achievement of the two variables. In addition, this research also shows that students' reading achievement is still heavily influenced by other factors.
Therefore, it is hoped that in future research to find out the factors that influence student achievement other than those examined in this study.
And it is suggested for future researchers to conduct similar research with other English skills such as listening, speaking, or writing skills. It is also recommended for further research to compare the differences between extroverts and introverts and their possible influence on language skills to predict the types of activities, teaching methods, and learning styles students are interested in. In addition, it would be useful to examine larger in-sample studies to get more conclusive results.
