This research was aimed to find out the form of teachers’ creativity in using digital learning media during the COVID 19 pandemic, the problems that faced by teacher in using digital learning media and how the teachers overcome the problem in using digital learning media. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method conducted on 3 English teachers. The researcher used interview and observation in collecting the data.
The result on findings showed that English teachers have 3 forms of creativity. The first is fluency, teachers have the initiative and idea in using digital learning media. The second is flexibility, teachers have varied ideas in terms of combining the media. The last is originality, teacher has not been able to create new media. On the other hands, the problem faced by the teachers in using digital learning media were signal interference and lack of facilities, so learning is not optimal. Meanwhile, the way to overcome problems in using digital media was to make learning videos that can be accessed even though they were offline so that students view the material without fear of signal interference. Regarding smartphone, teachers provided flexible time for students to take part in learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital di masa pandemi COVID 19, permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital dan bagaimana guru mengatasi permasalahan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran digital. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang di lakukan pada 3 guru bahasa inggris. Peneliti menggunakan observasi dan wawancara dalam pengumpulan data
Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru bahasa Inggris memiliki tiga bentuk kreativitas. Pertama adalah kelancaran, guru memiliki inisiatif dan ide dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital. Kedua adalah fleksibilitas, guru memiliki ide yang bervariasi dalam hal menggabungkan media. Terakhir adalah orisinalitas , guru belum mampu membuat media baru. Di sisi lain, kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital adalah gangguan sinyal dan kurangnya fasilitas, sehingga pembelajaran tidak maksimal. Sedangkan cara untuk mengatasi kendala dalam penggunaan media digital adalah dengan membuat video pembelajaran yang dapat diakses meskipun offline sehingga siswa dapat melihat materi tanpa takut gangguan sinyal. Terkait smartphone, guru memberikan waktu yang fleksibel bagi siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran
