Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja aparatur sipil negara DInas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Enrekang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 36 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja aparatur sipil negara.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the work of the state civil apparatus of Manpower and transmigration Office of Enrekang Regency. The population of this study was 36 people. The sampling method uses saturated sampels. The data collection technique carried out was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression. The results of the study show that the work environment has a significant positive effect on the work spirit of the state civil apparatus.
