Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan work family confilct terhadap stres kerja selama pandemi covid-19 pada PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines di Kabupaten Pangkep. populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan pengukuran skala likert 5 point.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 28
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh model persamaan regresi berganda Y= 2,074 + 0,646 X1 + 0,093 X2 + e yang berarti beban kerja dan work family conflict berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja.
dan dari hasil analisis Uji t, variabel beban kerja menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi pengaruh beban kerja (X1) terhadap stres kerja (Y) adalah 0,001 <
0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,839 > dari nilai t tabel 2,026. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja secara signifikan. Sedangkan variabel work family conflict (X2) terhadap stres kerja (Y) adalah 0,539 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 0,620 < dari nilai t tabel 2,026. Artinya, tidak terdapat pengaruh work family conflict terhadap stres kerja secara signifikan.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work family conflict on work stress at PT. Pelayaran Tonasa Lines In Pangkep. population in this study amounted to 40 people. The type of data used is primary data taken by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale measurement. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 28
Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the multiple regression equation model Y= 2.074 + 0.646 X1 + 0.093 X2 + e means that workload and work family conflict affect work stress. and from the results of the t-test analysis, the workload variable shows that the significance value of the effect of workload (X1) on work stress (Y) is 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value is 3.839> from the t-table value of 2.026. That is, there is a significant effect of workload on work stress. While the work family conflict variable (X2) on work stress (Y) is 0.539 > 0.05 and the t value is 0.620 < from the t table value of 2.026.
