Developed Campus-wide Procedure for Handling Emergency Withdrawals
This issue was discussed, and it was determined that a campus-wide policy would be
inappropriate. The consensus was that a written procedure would be more appropriate to assist those in need of an emergency withdrawal in completing the process. The new procedures was proposed and approved by the IFC at the May 2012 meeting.
Campus “Dead Week” Policy The issue was discussed, and representatives from the student government were invited to share their concerns. The student government indicated that they were not interested in pursuing this issue further, so no further action was taken or is warranted in the next year.

Campus Policy Limits in Withdrawals Revisit in the 2012-2013 when data from the first two years of the University College’s experiment in limiting the number of Withdrawals are available.
Undergraduate Admissions Committee Recommendation Regarding Changes in Admission Standards for 2013
A motion passed unanimously to defer this conversation and topic to the fall meeting of the AAC as a first agenda items and request the new EVC, Gary Pike (to explain the data), and Kathy Johnson attend that meeting.
Calculation of GPAs (deferred to address student services initiative) How much campus policy harmonization is going to be suggested as a part if the student services initiative?
