Graduate Students - Financial Aid Filing

If you will be a graduate student at AU for the 2016-17 academic year and use Federal Direct Loans, you will need to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. You can complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov.

Need stress relief from studying for finals? Herrick will be offering FREE chair massages and acupuncture! The event will take place in Herrick's BookEnd Lounge on Thursday, May 5 from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Sign-ups will begin at 7:45 p.m. All are welcome!

Summer Community Service Positions

The Financial Aid Office is now accepting applications for Summer Federal College Work Study positions. To be eligible to apply you must meet the following criteria:

- Matriculated Student at Alfred University

- Expected to enroll for the 2016-17 academic year

- Filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid for 2016-17

The positions will primarily be community service, off-campus jobs within the Alfred/Almond area. If you are interested in applying you must contact Mrs. Crandall at the Office of Student Financial Aid, located in Alumni Hall. Telephone number is 607.871.2159.

- Alfred Montessori - Daycare

- Box of Books - Library Clerk for Summer Reading Program - Town of Almond - Maintenance

Flute, Piccolo, Saxophone, Clarinet Lessons, and Woodwind Ensemble

Flute, piccolo, clarinet, and saxophone lessons are available for the Fall Semester. Lessons are 30 minutes (MUSC 104) or 60 minutes (MUSC 304) per week.

Woodwind Ensemble (Flute Choir, Sax Quartet, etc., depending on instruments available) also available if interested. (MUSC 279 Chamber Music: Woodwind Ensemble)
