Musfiqon (2012) defined teaching media as a tool in physical and non-physical form that is used by the teacher in conveying the material to the students to be more effective and efficient. By using instructional media in the classroom, students can absorb the subject matter faster and engage students to learn more. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning process that usually takes place in the classroom has to be transformed into distance learning.
Video on Ruang Guru app is one alternative that can help students a lot to learn with visual media, interesting and understandable languages.

METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH
Research Design
According to Gay (2012), quantitative research is the collection and analysis of numerical data to describe, explain, predict, or control phenomena of interest. At the beginning of a study, quantitative researchers state the hypotheses to be examined and determine the research procedures that were used to conduct the study. A one group pre-test design involves one group being present (O1), exposed to treatment (X) and then retested (O2).
A post-test is given after the introduction of the Ruang Guru video to measure how far the students have progressed after the treatment.

Technique of Data Analysis
It is suggested to find out the performance of the students and their progress after the treatment through the Ruang Guru Course Video. In this study, the researcher used Ruang Guru application as a medium to improve students' speaking skills in online classes. Based on previous research and the results of this study, Ruang Guru application is effective in improving students' learning skills, especially college students.
The results of the study, which show an improvement in students' speaking skills in terms of fluency, are related to the results of previous research by Gunawan (2020) said that the existence of an online media Ruang Guru application is an alternative to improve students' learning achievement. When the t-test value of pre-test and post-test mean scores scored higher than t-table value, it indicated that the use of video on Ruang Guru as an online class is effective in improving students' speaking skills in terms of accuracy and liquid. This means that 𝐻0 (Null Hypothesis): the use of video on Ruang Guru as online teaching is not effective in improving students' speaking skills was rejected, and 𝐻1(Alternative Hypothesis): the use of video on Ruang Guru as online teaching is effective in improving students' speaking skills was accepted.

FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION
Research Findings
The results of the post-test show that 19 or 95% of the students got scores higher than 50 and only one or 5%. Before the treatment, the researcher did a preliminary test in the form of oral speaking test and got the average accuracy score of 45.56. Based on the above information, the researcher found that the students' speaking ability in terms of accuracy in the post-test score was higher than the pre-test (73.13>45.56).
The students' post-test result in terms of fluency shows that all students obtained a score higher than 50, with an average score of 77. Regarding the students' speaking in terms of fluency, the researcher found that average score result of the pre-test was 56. The data acquisition result shows that the post-test result is higher than the pre-test result (77>56).
Discussion
The treatment consists of six sessions with different videos used each session from the Ruang Guru application. The content of video learning on Ruang Guru consists of congratulatory and complimentary materials with examples of its use in everyday life. In video learning on Ruang Guru, there are also animations that make students interested in listening to the discussion in the video.
Before the Ruang Guru video treatment, only five students managed to score 50, namely Student-D, Student-F, Student-I, Student-O and Student-P. During the treatment, students were more enthusiastic about learning and listening to Ruang Guru's video content. Langi (2019) showed in her research that online media communication about the use of Ruang Guru PT.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
Conclusion
The data shows that the mean post-test score for accuracy is 73.13 higher than the mean pre-test score 45.56. The data shows that the average fluency post-test score of 77 is higher than the average pre-test score of 56.
