Thanks to Allah SWT who has given strength and fluency so that the author can complete the Apprenticeship in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Branch Dumai (PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Dumai).

Apprenticeship is one of the activities that must be taken in the International Business Administration Study Program, which aims to apply the knowledge that have gained in the classroom to the work environment.
