AS INTERPRETED BY THE :NATIONAL ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Advisory Council calls attention to the term "minimum•

and the way in 'Which i t is used in the F.F.A. Constitution. To secure _the .American Farmer Degree a candidate must meet !.2 and every~

ot the min1lllwn qualitication requirements for this degree. High qualificationa in one or more ot the requirements cannot be used to offset or make up tor lees than the Dlinimum qualifications in another requirement.
