Vertagte Sitzung am 18. Juli 1908
Anwesend waren 5 Mitglieder. Franklin Vonnegut
führte den Vorsitz. Seitens des Bundesvororts
wurde der Seminarbehörde die Empfehlung gemacht,
die Diplomas der Turnlehrer, welche mit denen ihnen
während der Jahre 1891 bis 1898 gewährten Vorschüssen
im Rückstande sind, für nichtig zu erklären,
falls sie den ihnen von dem Bundesvorort
gestellten Anforderungen nicht nachkommen.
Ein Kontrakt zwischen dem Seminardirektor Karl
Kroh und dem Verwaltungsrat wurde unterschrieben,
und beschlossen, eine Abschrift dem Protokoll beizufügen.
Der Sekretair wurde beauftragt, den Sozialen
Turnverein zu benachrichtigen, daβ das Seminar
nicht für etwaige Unkosten verantwortlich sein könnte,
welche durch Beschädigung der Turngeräte oder der
Einrichtung des Turnsaals während der Sommerferien
verursacht würden.

The Federal Suburb recommended to the seminar administration it revoke the diplomas of the gymnastic faculty, who are not current on the advances granted them in the years 1891-1898 if those faculty do not comply with the requirements set by the Federal Suburb.
A contract was signed between the seminar director Karl Kroh and the Board of Trustees. It was decided to add this contract to the minutes.
The secretary was instructed to notify the Sozialer Turnverein [Social Gymnastic Union] that the seminar will not be held liable for the coverage of any expenses incurred through possible damage of the gymnasium equipment or furnishings during the summer break.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
