Anwesend waren Stempfel, Vonnegut, Lieber und Westing. Das Protokoll der letzten
Sitzung wurde verlesen und angenommen.
Es wurde berichtet, daβ Turnlehrer Harry Allen
die Stellung als Fechtlehrer mit einem Jahresgehalt von $200.- angenommen habe.
Der Jahresbericht des Schatzmeisters wurde verlesen
und angenommen. Aus demselben geht hervor, daβ
eine Erhebung von 90% der Garantie Noten zur Deckung des Defizits notwendig ist, und
wurde der Schatzmeister beauftragt, einen Finanzbericht inclusive der Rechnungen für 90% des Betrags der Note an alle Unterzeichner der Garantie Noten zu entsenden.
Der Sekratair wurde beauftragt, bei den auswärtigen Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrates anzufragen, ob sie
einer gemeischaftlichen Sitzung am 17. September in Indpl beiwohnen könnten.

Meeting on August 13, 1910
Present: Stempfel, Vonnegut, Lieber and Westing.
Last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
It was reported that gymnastic teacher Harry Allen has accepted the position as fencing instructor with a yearly salary of $200 00.
The treasurer’s yearly report was read and approved. It demonstrated that a 90% increase of the Guaranty Bill is necessary to cover to deficit. The treasurer was instructed to send out a financial report including the invoices for 90% of the Bill amount to all who signed the Guaranty Bill.
The secretary was instructed to ask the Board of Trustees members who live out of the town if they can attend the Board’s meeting on September 17 in Indianapolis.
