Based on Wright, classroom management refers to the way in which student behavior, movement, and interaction takes place. 1 Iis susanti, The Corelational Study of the Teacher's Competence in Classroom Management towards Students' English Achievement (in the second year of Smk Al Falah Salatiga in the academic year 2010/2011). Based on the above description of classroom management and students' performance in reading comprehension, it appears that there is a closed correlation.
Iis susanti, The Correlational Study of the Teacher's Competence in Classroom Management towards Students' English Achievement (in the second year of Smk Al Falah Salatiga. Is there any correlation between the teacher's classroom management and the students' reading comprehension achievement of the seventh grade students of SMP N 2 Balong Ponorogo in academic year 2015/2016. The purpose of this study is to theoretically reveal the correlation of the teacher's class management activities with the students' achievements based on reading comprehension.
Students’ Achievement
A well-organized classroom is a classroom in which students know how to use the classroom and its resources effectively.26 Good classroom management depends on very careful planning of classroom organization, rules, procedures and instructions. The common goals of classroom management are to create and maintain a positive, productive learning environment and to support and promote a safe classroom community. 28. Through some purpose of classroom management above, it can be concluded that classroom management has function as the way to create good condition and students aware in the participation learning process.
In the dictionary of education, achievement is defined as achievement or ability to perform in a given skill or knowledge, while academic achievement is acquired knowledge or skills developed in the school subject, usually designated by test scores or by grades assigned by teachers, or by both.30 This means that performance is the final result of the teaching learning process when the teacher knows that the students' scores are good or bad. Some definitions above, the researcher concludes that achievement is the student's abilities, skills and knowledge that they have acquired or learned at a particular time. Talent is a certain ability that has been possessed by someone as an efficiency of born in. in the academic year 2010/2011).
Reading Comprehension a. Definition of Reading
Reading comprehension is a process that involves reconciling readers' prior knowledge about the world and. Based on the above discussion, we can conclude that reading comprehension is the activity of the reader to understand and acquire information. We can also conclude that reading comprehension is the process of constructing the meaning of a written text by coordinating a number of complex processes involving word meaning and word knowledge.
One broad aim of teaching reading comprehension is therefore to focus on the expected outcomes of reading. Interactive reading is a process of negotiating meaning; the reader brings a set of schemata to the text in order to understand it. In addition, the researcher focuses on teacher's classroom management and correlates with students' performance in reading comprehension.
Theoretical Framework
According to the chart above can describe, the researcher is looking for a phenomenon, there is a lack of achievement of students in terms of reading. Then, the researcher assumes two variables to analyze, which the students' achievement in reading comprehension as the dependent variable and the teacher's classroom management as the independent variable. The title is the correlation between teacher classroom management and student achievement in reading comprehension.
Then the researcher formulates a hypothesis that will analyze using research methodology quantitative to know the relationship between communicative language teaching method towards students who speak. Based on the phenomenon, the researcher recommends that the teacher better understand classroom management, that it can be used to increase student performance.

The population is the group of interest to the researcher, the group for which the researcher would like to generalize the result of the study.140 This meant that the population is the group chosen by the researcher to do the research. From the above definitions the researcher concluded that the population is the entire subject that the researcher can go to bed, used as data. The population provides the researcher with information or data that will be used to solve research problems.
Sampling is the small group that is observed.142 Sampling unit must match criteria of the research. Questionnaires rely on written information provided directly by people in response to questions asked by the researcher.144 Questionnaire used to measure the teacher's classroom management. In this research, the researcher used a questionnaire to find out the score of teacher's classroom management in seventh grade students of SMP N 2 Balong in academic year.
In this study, documentation was used to obtain data on the reading skills of students in the seventh grade of SMP N 2 Balong Ponorogo in the academic year 2015/2016. The data were obtained from the results of the classroom management questionnaires and students' reading scores. This is to know whether or not there is a significant correlation between teacher's classroom management and student's performance in reading comprehension among seventh grade students of SMP N 2 Balong in academic year 2015/2016.
In this research, the researcher used the Kolmogorov-smirnov formula, because the theory is very well known and can avoid some mistakes. The researcher also used the product moment coefficient as a formula because this formula has data of continuity and accuracy than other correlation analysis techniques. This technique was used to identify the students' questionnaire score on the teacher's classroom management in three criteria.
This technique was used to analyze the reading comprehension performance of the seventh grade students of SMP N 2 Balong Ponorogo in academic years 2015/2016. The technique of data analysis in this study is the product moment formula for the data 30 or more than 30. Therefore, to identify whether there is a significant correlation between teacher's classroom management and students' reading comprehension achievement of group 7, SMP N 2 Balong Ponorogo in academic years 2015/2016.
