An N2 adsorption-desorption analysis for the sample showed that the BET surface area of ​​the activated carbon was 1336 m2 g-1. The porosity properties of CP-based activated carbon were investigated using the N2 adsorption-desorption method. Diffraction patterns were obtained using a diffractometer (Bruker AXS D8 advance) using CuK radiation with a range of 2 from 0o to 70o. The performance of the fabricated supercapacitor cells was investigated by an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurement using a Solartron 1286 performed at a 10 mV frequency range from 100 kHz to 10 mHz.

The presence of CNTs should improve the resistive and capacitive properties of the CP-based activated carbon electrode and will be discussed in detail in the cell properties discussion section. From Table 3, the influence of CNTs on the CP-based activated carbon electrode clearly improves the electrical properties of the cells. Using a relation Csp = -1/Z” [8], the specific capacitance of the composite electrodes can be obtained from the Nyquist plot (Fig. 4).

The addition of CNTs as additive conductive materials has also shown a great improvement for resistive and capacitive properties of the CP-based activated carbon electrode. The improvement of the resistive and capacitive properties of the electrode showed that the CP-based activated carbon electrode by adding CNTs has increased significantly. Cobalt ferrite oxide (CoFe2O4) has been successfully prepared by a sol-gel method using methaoxyethanol as solution and diethanolamine as catalis.
