I pray that we are a house that looks to the God of the Bible, with our hope in the Son, always fashioned by the Spirit. T.'s understanding of the Church's responsibility in training disciples, and the possibility of a formal teaching space such as the Training Program. Finally, this work was written as part of the Executive Leadership cohort led by Dan Dumas.

The purpose of this project is to assess the discipleship environment of The Village Church Institute's training program and address potential areas of growth for further discipleship formation at The Village Church (TVC). The objectives of the project were as follows: (1) To evaluate the learning outcomes of the Village Church Institute training program for students. In discussions about the need to refocus the mission of the church, the conversation about the "simple church" model among the leadership gained clarity and traction.

This reality proved strenuous for people who wanted to take the next step in the life of the Church. The four quarters of the mission statement have often been viewed as separate compartments within Christian life, rather than growth drivers operating in an interdependent and integrated manner.

One of the hardest ways to do that is by practicing God's sovereignty. We will collect some of the prayers in a training program book of prayers that we will use throughout the training program and in the Sunday liturgy. The goal of this assignment is that each degree program student should be able to articulate the story of the Bible in 7-10 minutes.

And even after 3 years of participation in the training program, the fluency of my understanding of the Christian story continues to develop in its richness.

One of the hardest parts of the training program is taking it off over the summer.
