She is a beautiful gift, brought to me by the grace of God, who willingly sacrificed all her other desires but to serve God and support me in His service. The topic and discussion of this research has been a culmination of my personal reflection and journey as a country boy, carpenter, teacher and follower of Christ. Reducing educational inequality and creating opportunities for all to flourish as bearers of God's image have been strong convictions of my Christian pilgrimage.
Obviously, I am surrounded by such a large cloud of witnesses to the path and life of faith. Many have traveled with me and witnessed my progress, especially in completing this research. I thank my parents-in-law, Hangyui and Leishila Khaya, for raising my wife in the fear of the Lord and wholeheartedly supporting our commitment to serving God.
Anderson, who is a sister in Christ, has done an excellent job as English editor of this manuscript; to my fellow deacons who checked me from time to time with constant support; and to the members of the Disciple Connect Group, who have stood by me throughout. Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a vast multitude of witnesses to the life of faith, let us get rid of every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily causes us to stumble.

In the conclusion, which is the fifth chapter, discussions and implications of the research results are presented.
Finding a solid framework for such an institution involves a deeper understanding of the pedagogical aspects of the theology of work and mission. There are several turning points on the way, four of which are specific. markers are key in the development of the theology of work up to the current discussion: Wright, The Mission of God's People: A Biblical Theology of the Mission of the Church (Grand Rapids: Zondervan.

The researcher engaged in a detailed discussion of key themes and patterns that made the best sense of the data in the study in relation to the research questions. Meaningful codes that are relevant to WCT's educational philosophy were precisely laid down in the university's vision statement. Another strength of the research design was the targeted audience, namely Christian-based trade and technology schools in the United States.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on the findings from the analysis of the study, the following implications are listed. Bible courses and spiritual disciplines are deeply embedded and subtly designed in the curriculum content alongside the subject-related courses of the vocational schools. Indeed, the qualitative multi-case study of the three sample populations provided a viable framework for a competency-based gospel-centered vocational training.
This study offered opportunities for the application of philosophy and pedagogy in professional trade schools both in the United States and abroad. The study's findings indicated that an educational philosophy based on a biblical worldview and skills is best suited for gospel-centered vocational training and discipleship. These intentionally presented biblical elements were critical to achieving the goals of a gospel-centered vocational institution.
The results of the study suggested different pedagogical approaches that were unique and effective in delivering gospel-centered skills training programs. The study suggested that student housing needs were a critical factor in determining the success of the gospel-centered business institution. Residency was one of the strategic methods of creating an environment for gospel-centered vocational training.
The findings of the current study provided a well-articulated institutional and pedagogical model of a competency-based, gospel-centered vocational institution, which was not previously available for replication. The findings of the study yielded new insights into Christian education and mission from pedagogical perspectives to establish a framework for vocational education and discipleship. The second level of application of the research findings is the opportunity to transfer the framework model to a professional institution in the majority world.
The findings of the study can be generalized to a Christian-based vocational institution in any part of the world. The results of this study demonstrated a prospective understanding of the characteristics of competency-based, gospel-centered vocational education, and consequently proposed a framework for an institutional model. While the findings of the study and the subsequent framework model contribute a solid foundation of philosophy, pedagogy and practice to vocational training and discipleship, they do not provide specific guidelines for.
