Objectives

Knowledge: definition of the physical properties of agricultural materials, geometry in agricultural materials and understand its relationship with the design of agricultural tools and machinery

Skills: cognitive – Accuracy in explaining friction, the interaction of materials with agricultural machinery and mechanical damage

Phsycomotoric - perform spectrum analysis with multivariate analysis Competences: identify friction, mechanical, rheological and hygroscopic

damage of food and agricultural materials
