Objectives: This course explains the management of business in global economic conditions by implementing leadership and management
functions. Students will also learn various business concepts and strategies, business development resources, and management of the business
environment.
Knowledge: familiarity with the concept of business strategies, business development resources, and management of the business environment Skills: cognitive – Apply management functions in business management.
Phsycomotoric - practical abilities in strategy concepts in different types of businesses.
Competences: Student able to evaluate ideas related to business management based on agricultural engineering science.
