Please review the fees to produce your figures in color in the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery. The price for the first color figure is $500. The charge for each additional color figure is $100.
The editor-in-chief recommends publishing in color to enhance the educational value of your work. If this charge meets with your approval, please identify which figures/pieces should be printed in color, sign below, and email this form back to me. If your institution or affiliation will cover the cost, please have your purchasing agent sign below.
You will be invoiced after publication.
If color charges exceed your budget please directly contact the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Mutaz B. Habal at mbhabal@verizon.net who will advise you further on the importance of color reproduction and will discuss options with you directly.
