  • Amphibious Raid
  • Target

First amphibious operation conducted by Continental Navy and Continental Marines in 1776 for Nassau War (Nassau Assault) in the Bahamas. Amphibious operations planning conducted based on land movements to avoid miscommunication and allow proper coordination when personal transport vehicles reach the beach foundation area. Speed is related to the time it takes to reach the target area and obstacles in the track.

The target of analysis in this paper is to give an optimal target for amphibious assault based on criteria decided.

The BFF system is used to explain the speed and acceleration of the AUV with the starting point in the center of gravity (Herlambang,2017). To find control over the peak, first the tracking error of the peak was determined as follows. To find control over the roll, first the tracking error of the roll was determined as follows.

The design of the SMC nonlinear model 2-DOF control system was obtained from the AUV 2-DOF equations of motion: wave and roll, the control law was obtained using the Lyapun function as a candidate.

For the Indonesian AML IWC experiment, the authors used mathlab software to produce a netCDF file. Based on these inputs, this experiment explores the possibility of Indonesian AML IWC construction using ODV software and mathlab software. In this experiment, the validation of the Indonesian AML IWC will be compared with the World Ocean Atlas 13 (WOA13) climatological product of NODC/OCL temperature and salinity.

The Indonesian AML IWC plotting image comparison with raw WOD13 data showed that both files are similar.

THE ZINC ANODE PERFORMANCE FOR SACP AN INVESTIGATION OF WARSHIP UNDERWATER STRUCTURES

INTRODUCTION

Cathodic protection (CP) is a proven method to control corrosion in reinforced concrete through the application of a small direct current (DC) (Nguyen et al. 2012). There are two types of cathodic protection system application namely Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection (SACP) and Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) (Al-Himdani, Mahdi & . Khuder 2005). Cathodic protection literature such as Efficacy of Corrosion Inhibitors in Cathodic Protection System (Briggs & Eseonu 2014).

Numerical analysis result of the cathodic protection for the underground steel pipe by anode installation method (Jeong et al. 2014).

This paper shows analysis performance of zinc anode on underwater structure of KRI, for the evaluation of performance of zinc anode, this paper uses two methods, one is chemical composition and another is based on corrosion potential measurement test. Corrosion potential test is measured as a potential difference against a reference electrode at different points on a structure and is used to determine the probability of reinforcement corrosion (Trejo, Reinschimdt & Halmen 2009). The result of the corrosion potential test without mild steel showed that 1.005V for sample A, 0.977V for sample B, 0.994V for sample C.

A CASE STUDY OF STRATEGIC DECISION OF NAVAL BASE STATION DEVELOPMENT IN A BORDER AREA

Naval Base Development

While the supporting facilities for the main facilities consist of accommodation and mess facilities, command headquarters facilities, public facilities, communication facilities, defense facilities, service facilities, and operational and training facilities (Indonesian Naval Headquarters, 2013). A ranking score association for each alternative, as well as evaluate the main purpose of the problem. Based on the measurement of the number of voters on the criteria, the total frequency (Rt) can be calculated with the following formula.

The information obtained was systematically represented in the matrix, in which the combination of the four matrix factors is a tool for determining strategy.

The naval base conducts maritime security operations to prevent illegal activities and keep the shipping lines safe. The purpose of the analysis in 10 naval base facilities using the Borda method was to obtain priority facilities (Figure 5). Strategic decision measurement of the Naval Base Development in the border area using the Borda-SWOT method is one of the faster ways to convey the idea of multi-criteria decision-making.

While naval base development is an important part of Indonesia's maritime development, affecting the safety of international shipping companies.

THE MODEL ELECTION OF MENTAWAI NAVAL BASE LOCATION BY THE APPROACH OF BORDA AND PROMETHEE METHODS

  • Criteria Determination
  • PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation)

Exploiting this relationship provides an optimization response to the criteria in the multi-criteria problem paradigm. In the first stage, the value of overtaking ratios is based on consideration. The preference index is set and the better ranking values are graphically represented based on the decision maker's preferences.

This relationship can be presented as a graph of the value of outranking, the nodes are an alternative based on the assessment of certain criteria.

The ranking of Promethee I is based on each of the values of LF and EF. Based on the results of the research, it has been established that the criteria for the Sejlrenden (K1) with a weight of 10.9% is a criterion that significantly affects the determination of base site selection, and the. Promethee is a method that complements or enriches the decision process of the preference function (Belton, 2002).

The evaluation of the criteria for each alternative was done on the SNSF criteria, Land Availability.

The Naval Academy (AAL) is one of the educational institutions in the Indonesian Armed Forces and has the task of creating professional naval officers, with current technological mastery and on the way to the world-class navy. One of the principles in COBIT 5 is the division between management and management processes (Fröhlich, 2010). The result of the capability analysis is then done in the form of verification process against the facts.

Based on the maturity level calculation results, questionnaires and questionnaire summary for each domain, the level of maturity level in measuring the performance of academic information system management in Indonesian.
