EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Vegan Gyoza Sate Lilit is a dish from Japanese but the writer make it more unique by combining Indonesian ingredients. This dish for people who are a vegan person and also for people who wants to do weightloss(diet). This dish made from Indonesian white tofu and base genep. Base Genep is a Balinese herbs and spices mixture. When you eat this Gyoza you may feel the originally Base genep and also the richness from the Signature sauce that the writer made, the signature sauce has a sweet, spicy, and rich because of the fresh coriander and the ginger that the writer use.
Vegan Gyoza Sate Lilit will be served in a brown rectangle shaped packaging and the signature sauce will be served in a clipped plastic. Every packaging will contain a 8 Gyoza with 1 plastic of signature sauce and will be sold IDR30.000. Later the writer will make another vegan dish and this Vegan Gyoza Sate Lilit can be find through a Social Media(Instagram and Facebook).
