4. Melakukan Drilling Di Area Freeface / Do Drilling In The Free Face Area

4.1. Material rusak / broken material

4.1.1. Pada saat pengeboran awal kedalaman 1-2m lakukan colaring / during initial drilling 1-2m

4.1.2. Gunakan preesure rendah pada saat proses colaring / use the low pressure during the

process colaring Operator

4.1.3. Operator selalu mengidentifikasi celah atau retakan ditanggul freeface / the operator always identifies gaps or cracks in the

freeface embankment. Operator, Supervisior

4.1.4. Pengawas selalu standby untuk memonitoring kondisi tanggul freeface / the supervisior is always standby to monitoring the freeface dike condition.

4.2. Freeface Longsor /

freeface landslide 4.2.1. Tanggul sudah tersedia dengan tinggi 1,2m /

embankments are available at 1,2m high Operator 4.2.2. Operator selalu mengidentifikasi celah atau

5. Selsai Mengebor Lubang /

After Drilling A Hole 5.1. Menaikan pipa dari lubang (Rod Bengkok) / raise the pipe from the hole (Rod Crooked)

5.1.1. RHU terpasang dan berfungsi dengan baik /

RHU is installed and functioning properly. Operator

5.1.2. Pipa kedua sudah tersimpan di loader atau karosel / the second pipe is stored in loader or

karosel. Operator

5.1.3. Pipa utama sudah terinstal dengan topsub / the main pipe has been installed with topsub

Operator 5.1.4. Tarik ke atas kepala rotary sampai posisi

crown / Pull up rotary head to crown position Operator 5.1.5. Semua jack sudah terangkat./ all jack has

been lifted

Operator 6. Pindah Titik Bor / Move

Drill Point 6.1. Interaksi dengan unit lain /

Interaction with other units 6.1.1. Komunikasi dua arah melalui radio dan di pandu oleh spotter / two-way communication via radio and spotter guides.
