Judul Skripsi : The effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English in the second grade of SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. The purpose of this research is to discover the effect of teachers' creativity The Effect Of Teachers‟ Creativity On Student Interest in Learning English in The Second Grade SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. There are two problem statements, namely: how do students perceive learning English? and what is the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English at SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung.

Namun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung yang berjumlah 25 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kreativitas guru. Rumusan masalah ada dua, yaitu: bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris?, dan apa dampak kreativitas guru terhadap minat siswa belajar bahasa Inggris di SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung?.

What are the effects of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English in SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. Effects of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English in SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. The contribution is the form of information and is about the Effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English language SMP second grade Negeri 2 Tinambung.

By doing this research, the researcher wants to tell the teacher about what students need to increase their creativity in learning English, so that it can motivate students to interest in learning English. Show that it is important for students to understand their students' first problem to easily increase their interest in learning English. This research can develop researcher knowledge about the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning in English language in the classroom.

Then describe teachers' creativity with class management in providing materials to increase students' interest in learning English.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

Some Pertinent Ideas

The more the number of students in the class will be more exposed to conflicts. This conflict can be prevented by a creative teacher because the teacher will always think of how to attract students' attention to focus on learning. The teacher's creativity can be illustrated by using an imaginative approach or addressing students who basically do not like being reprimanded, but when these students through the approach can change and want to hear orders from the teacher.

In other words, it is stated that creative teaching can be considered as teaching that aims to make students learn more interestingly and effectively by using imaginative approaches. We can see the creativity of the teachers when they are teaching, and we can know how the creativity of the teachers is interested in learning English. Class management is all the activities of the teacher to make the class and all related classes achieve comfortable and effective learning.

Fisher (2013) worked on creativity in education and found that creativity can be enhanced in an environment where teamwork, self-motivation, independence, socio-cultural diversity and a culture of risk-taking exist. Classroom management really helps teachers to increase students' interest in learning. When the teacher manages the class very well before starting the teaching and learning process, students will feel at ease, even the teacher will feel at ease in delivering the material. According to Devi (2019), classroom management is a conscious effort to plan, organize, update and supervise classroom programs and activities so that the teaching and learning process can take place systematically, effectively and efficiently, so that everyone can realize the potential of students are optimized.

In the learning process, the teacher must create a conducive atmosphere, and students must be active in developing creative ideas by asking questions, questioning problems that arise in learning, and expressing their ideas. Creative students who find it difficult in this case tend to get involved in individual projects, the solution that can be given is that students need a motivation, so that when he works on a project, it can be a reference for him. If this term is associated with teaching and learning, strategy can mean describing the teacher's and thus the students' activity in teaching and learning to achieve a specific goal.

In teaching English, there are some strategies that can be used to teach young learners. So that students' interest can be interpreted as an incentive for self-learners to study the subject. According to Suwandhini & Usman (2019), the factors affecting academic success can be divided into two main parts, namely internal factors and external factors.

Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that students' learning outcomes are influenced by students' ability to gain the learning experience. There are learning outcomes that decrease as learning outcomes increase, and that is influenced by the students themselves and by outside students.

The researcher interviewed several students to observe how the teacher's creativity and interest in learning English increased. So the researcher listened to the result of the interview and wrote down what the students said. In addition, the researcher also made a summary from the interview and questionnaire results to find out the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English in the second grade of SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung.

In this chapter, the researcher described the result of data analysis based on the problem statement mentioned in chapter 1. The researcher then used a Likert scale to find the result of the student's response. The researcher can conclude that the students' responses have a very positive effect on the teachers' creativity in the media used during the teaching process.

Based on the result of students' interviews, the researcher found that there were effects of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning. The first question was asked by the researcher related to the teacher using learning media while teaching English. The next question of the researcher was about teacher when English is taught in the class and about students' perception about teachers. creativity in teaching used learning media.

The researcher found that almost all students have the same perception of teachers' creativity in teaching English. The researcher found the motivation given by the teacher to the students. the teacher even always reminds the students to learn the lessons that the teacher has taught. the teacher also reminds the students to memorize the vocabulary. so that their knowledge of the English language increases by memorizing vocabulary. Based on the results of the above interview, the researcher can conclude that the students' answer can help the researcher in solving the problem statement number 1 is about the students' perception of learning English.

The researcher can conclude that students' answers have a very positive effect on teachers' creativity and students' interest in learning English. Based on the result of the data analysis and discussion in the previous chapter, the researcher would like to put forward the following conclusion and suggestion for the research finding.

FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION

Discussion

The problem statement of this study was How are the students' perceptions of learning English and What are the effects of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English at SMP Negeri 2 Tinambung. So the two instruments can help researchers know to what extent the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English. The Liker scale is used to measure students' “perception of the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English.

Based on the above interviewed and completed questionnaires, it can be concluded that the students' strengths gave the positive effect of the teachers' creativity on the students' interest in learning English. Students strongly support teachers' creativity in their interest in learning English, and students were more comfortable when teachers used media because it can increase their enthusiasm in receiving material. The percentage results show that almost all students strongly agree with the opinion that the effect of teachers' creativity on students' interest in learning English.

It is a suggestion for students. It is better to reach the high level of learning, focus on receiving the material, and then students should increase the interest in learning English and study more. The socio-economic status of parents and the environment of peers leads to interest in secondary education up to university (July 5, 2019). Just say the guru keeps an eye on the media. sehingga say it's good for bahasa inggris.

15 Saya sangat tertarik belajar bahasa Inggris ketika guru memberikan banyak kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bertanya, berlatih dan berinteraksi dengan siswa lain. 16 Saya sangat menikmati pembelajaran bahasa Inggris ketika guru menggunakan alat peraga dan/atau audio visual untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. 18 Saya merasa senang belajar bahasa Inggris ketika guru menggunakan teknik yang berbeda untuk memotivasi kemauan siswa untuk belajar.

19 Saya tidak suka kalau guru menjelaskan dengan cepat 20 Saya merasa kecewa jika tidak bisa menjawab.
