GENERAL PROVISIONS

11 (2) NOTICE AND ORDER TO REMOVE.-

11(A) Where a violation is determined to be unintentional and incidental, and the owner of the unauthorized livestock is known, the appropriate officer shall notify the attorney. The settlement for willful and repeat willful violations also includes the full value of all damages to the public lands and other property of the United States, and all reasonable costs incurred by the United States in detecting, investigating, resolving violations, and costs of the confiscation of livestock. 11(2) The Secretary or a representative of the Secretary shall appoint not less than 10 nor more than 15 members to serve.
