ABSTRACT
Education is a process for all time. The dynamic nature of education also means that the acceleration of life must be responded quickly with responsive education services. If education has an activity base that only repeats the past without getting closer to the contestual aspects of the present, then education will become static and will become an activity that does not provide implications at the level of current life solutions.
So the future education is education that is not value-free. Valuing education is education that is always based on aspects of usefulness for the development of human life. Education is not only based on exams and textual problem solving. More than that, that education must be a solution to all the problems of today's life. So that no matter how fast the development of life is, education must still embrace that development so that it can be filled with the values of life sourced from religious values and community norms. The purpose of this study is to determine the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficient management of education in the future. This research method uses quantitative research methods, where the data is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires online. The results showed that creative teaching strategies were able to improve student achievement and motivation to learn. From this research it can be concluded that the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future. The limitation of this research is that it can only do the utilization of artificial intelligence even though there are many more utilizations that can improve the efficient management of education in the future. Researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research related to the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve future education management efficiency but with other utilization. This study also recommends that future researchers make this research a reference in conducting research on improving the efficiency of students' future education management through the use of artificial intelligence.

INTRODUCTION
Education is a shared realization that the world (Koonin et al., 2020) is the way that mankind has done (Meyer et al., 2021) Throughout his life to be a means of transmitting and transforming both values and knowledge, then in order to instill and develop character (Abid et al., 2020) This nation cannot be separated from the role played by the world of education. Education (Mishra et al., 2020) Education is very important for human life, so the role played by education must not only demonstrate moral knowledge, but also love and want to take moral action. Education has been completed, then the goal is to assess the policy (Zhang et al., 2020) education as a whole succeeds or fails. Education is learning (Yuan et al., 2020) The knowledge, skills and habits of a group of people that are passed on from one generation to the next through teaching, training and research. Education often occurs under the guidance of others, but it is also possible to be self-taught.
The function of education is to develop the ability (Page et al., 2020), forming character, personality, so that students become individuals (Yu et al., 2020) with dignity and to prepare every member of the society (Bundgaard et al., 2021) to be able to earn their own living. Education can also instill the skills needed to participate in democracy.
In transferring or transferring culture (Chandran et al., 2020) from one generation to the next. Selecting and educating people about social roles. It is a social activity that allows society to exist and continue to develop.
Education will be perfect if humans are trained to be ready to be placed in the social but in the process do not destroy or destroy the society (Kim et al., 2020) to the individual or unique character of a person. Education has a purpose (Alirahmi et al., 2021) It is to educate and develop the potential within students. With the growth of intelligence and potential, every child (Hyman et al., 2020) can have knowledge for knowledge, creativity, physical and spiritual health, good personality, independence, and become a responsible member of society.Education a systematic basic effort (Feigin et al., 2021) to achieve a better standard of living and progress. Education is also a learning experience that takes place in all environments (Dong & Lin, 2021) and throughout life.
Education prepares people for a type of society that does not yet exist. The concept of the education system may change according to the development of (Destek & Sinha, 2020) society and the transfer of cultural values. Education is also very influential (He et al., 2020) in the environment over the individual to produce change (Seddon et al., 2020) right in the habits or customs of behavior, thoughts and feelings. Aspects that exist in humans, ranging from physical, mental or moral. Education is prohibited from
neglecting physical development (H. Wang et al., 2020) and anything that has an influence on physical development such as exercise, drink, food, hygiene, sleep.
Artificial intelligence is an intelligence (Barredo Arrieta et al., 2020) that is added to a system that can be organized in a scientific context (Kittleson et al., 2020) Artificial intelligence, also known as artificial intelligence or simply AI for short, is defined as the intelligence of scientific entities. Artificial intelligence is also a field of computer science devoted to solving cognitive problems (Wan et al., 2020) which are generally related to human intelligence, such as learning, problem solving (Landolfi et al., 2021), and pattern recognition. Artificial intelligence is made up of an array of formats (Z.
Huang et al., 2021) ideas that allow it to act like a human. Artificial intelligence has experienced massive development over the years. Its presence with new features, functions, and appearances is increasingly impactful (Yan et al., 2020) in many aspects of human life and education is no exception. Artificial intelligence is becoming a primary part of the growth and development of education technology. This has explicit implications for human work life in the future.
When talking about educational technology, it must be said that it is not yet fully utilized in learning. In today's increasingly competitive world, there are still Educational Institutions (Jones et al., 2020) It is common for education to develop efficient education management in the future. Where it can multiply and manage information. As for education management that utilizes digital tools. The tools used can collect a lot of data about learning, and intelligence can use the information to gain understanding (Hao et al., 2020) a deeper understanding of the learning process. So as to achieve students and teachers need skills (A. Wang et al., 2021) to make the most of artificial intelligence support. So that artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency of education management in the future. For efficient education management in the future, it is necessary to collaborate productively and proficiently (Rodney et al., 2020) with humans and artificial intelligence. And when students work with technology in groups, positive social interactions and organizational skills such as planning and monitoring are key to learning.
Education management is a process that is a cycle of organizing (Stern et al., 2020) Education which starts from planning followed by organizing, directing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating school efforts to achieve its goals. In addition, education management is also defined as an activity or series of activities in the form of a process of managing the cooperative efforts of a group of people who are members of an educational organization, to achieve educational goals that have been set beforehand, to be effective and efficient. Artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency of education management in the future needs to be considered by educators. In the future, the ideals have been displayed (Howard, 2021) and expectations of an education.
Educational ideals and expectations can be realized if there is already a picture that exists in the future. Education management in the future (Olabi et al., 2021) must also be planned with the use of artificial intelligence so that the results to be achieved from education and how these educational activities can run smoothly without any obstacles.
Future education management that is designed or structured to face challenges (Anwanwan et al., 2020) future. A process of preparing a series of decisions to take future educational actions directed towards achieving goals with optimal means.
Educational direction is an effort made by leaders (J. Huang et al., 2020) Education, as well as guidance to those under him before and during the task. In education, an effort is made to organize, unite, harmonize, integrate all activities carried out by subordinates in the world of education. The challenge of teachers in the future of the nation, in the face of the era of globalization, the era of information, the era of science and technology, and the era of rapid change. So that the utilization of artificial intelligence is prepared in improving the efficiency of future education management so that these challenges can be faced with fear.
Some of the opinions of previous researchers on the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of future education management. According to Yadila, A.B. 2022 those who put forward the idea of introducing artificial intelligence, namely knowledge that makes computers able to imitate human intelligence and abilities. So that computers can do things that humans do in their services. Second, according to Amrizal, V., & Aini, Q. 2013 Through education with artificial intelligence, students can expand their network of contacts. Of course, in an increasingly connected digital environment, a network of contacts can be very important in finding a job and building a career. In AI education, students can connect with students from overseas or from other universities through online learning platforms, and build a wide network of contacts. Third, according to the intelligence added to a system or in other words the ability of the system to correctly interpret external data and manage the data and use the processed results for a specific purpose.
The purpose of this research is to examine the use of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future. The purpose of this research is to examine the use of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future and explain what is meant by technology in education management in the future. With the help of artificial intelligence, it is expected that education will advance and be more effective and efficient. In this case, artificial intelligence is actually very helpful for education management in the future.
The advantages of artificial intelligence attract researchers to examine the use of artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency of education management in the future.
Therefore, researchers decided to conduct research on the utilization of artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency of education management in the future.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The method used in this research is quantitative method. This quantitative research method produces data in the form of numbers obtained by filling out surveys (Guthold et al., 2020) on google forms and provided to students as research subjects. In addition, this quantitative method produces systematic, planned, and structured research. This quantitative research method is widely used in research. This quantitative
method is defined as the process of discovering a phenomenon in a systematic and real way by collecting information, then measuring it and confirming the truth by filling out questionnaires and interviewing stakeholders. This research is mostly conducted through statistical research where quantitative data is collected through research studies.
This quantitative research method provides information that is truly accurate and realistic because the end result is in the form of numbers.
The type of research is a test whose purpose is to examine the future use of artificial intelligence in education management. The researcher's data collection technique is to search for and collect factual and current information on the spot. Data collection at observation points is a quantitative research data analysis technique. When analyzing data, one does so by describing and characterizing the information collected, without changing the source of the information obtained. The first step of quantitative research (Wennberg & Anderson, 2020) This is to find the root of the problem or formulate the problem, then conduct a literature review, determine the hypothesis, determine the method to be used, determine the instrument or research tool, and conduct data analysis and finally draw conclusions.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
Artificial Intelligence technology is experiencing massive development from year to year. Its presence with new features, functions and appearances is increasingly having an impact on many aspects of human life, including education. Artificial intelligence began to take a role in learning activities in schools and universities. Artificial intelligence is primary in the growth and development of education management in education technology. When talking about educational technology, it must be said that not all of this technology is used in learning, in today's increasingly competitive era, there are still educational institutions that have not implemented technology in teaching and learning activities. In this era, schools must now utilize the birth of technologies that facilitate the work of teachers or students. Schools can utilize applications or media that can automate tasks such as providing feedback, selecting appropriate learning materials, or aligning the curriculum with student needs.
Artificial intelligence technology will continue to develop that artificial intelligence in a field that allows computers to perform tasks that are superior to humans. In a branch of computer science that views the effort to build computers as something that humans can do, even better than that. There are two approaches that can be applied to implement artificial intelligence in the educational environment. In transferring the duties of teachers to artificial intelligence systems, which act as tutors for each student. With artificial intelligence technologies that customize content for each learner already in widespread use in many classrooms, in the form of artificial intelligence systems. The important role of artificial intelligence adds to human intelligence and helps humans in conducting effective and efficient learning activities.
Various things can be done to apply artificial intelligence in learning activities. The
development of the times requires all fields including education to adapt and collaborate to solve problems.
Education management is designed and structured to face future challenges, education management has functions that must be understood by future education managers. The functions are planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating.
Educational planning is a process of preparing a series of decisions to take future educational actions directed towards achieving goals with optimal means. Organizing education is a joint effort by a group of people to achieve educational goals that have been set beforehand, by utilizing existing resources in order to achieve effective and efficient results. Directing education is an effort made by educational leaders to provide educational explanations, as well as guidance to the people who are under it before and during the task. Coordination in education is an effort made by the leader to organize, unite, harmonize, integrate all activities carried out by subordinates in the world of education.
Students and teachers must be able to adapt to new situations and tasks, because social changes are increasingly frequent in the era of artificial intelligence. More and more digital tools will be brought into classrooms, and teachers and students will need to collaborate as they search for ways to use them effectively. Learners and teachers need to collaborate productively and proficiently with humans and artificial intelligence.
When students work with technology in groups, positive social interactions and organizational skills such as planning and monitoring are key to learning. To make education management more efficient in the future requires socio-emotional support to cope with the challenging issues of the future. Thus, there is an important role for parents and families in providing that support to help students understand and manage their own emotional states and motivations. Equally important, students need to make small-scale adaptations in order to realize real progress. For example, they can take the initiative to set goals, and monitor themselves when working with others and with artificial intelligence. All these skills and competencies are essential to give students and teachers freedom.
The utilization of artificial intelligence presents a smarter learning process with a careful analysis of each student's achievements. Some of the potential benefits of artificial intelligence can also help someone learn with more focus, as the learning can also be an interactive session. So that students are not only the recipients of information, but can also be provoked to search for information. Artificial intelligence can also present a lot of information about what students are interested in. And students will be more enthusiastic about learning in the field they like, artificial intelligence can help students find new and relevant information on related topics. So that artificial intelligence is very useful in improving the efficiency of education management in the future, so artificial intelligence plays an important role in education and greatly assists teaching staff in providing assessments on assignments collected by students.

In the table above there are several statements from several questions that exist in the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future. The statements generated from several questions really help researchers in researching the utilization of artificial intelligence at school. The questions tested were 15 questions containing a number of statements about strategies regarding the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future. Making problem solving can be resolved properly and easily in future education management. The benefits of optimizing artificial intelligence can be maximized properly. So that future education management can develop rapidly with amazingly accurate and reliable results for the desired progress. Not only that, with artificial intelligence this future education management is also effective for elementary and secondary level students and even universities. The statement containing that artificial intelligence can increase students' enthusiasm for learning, obtained a percentage of 46% in the agree category. While the percentage of 26.7% in the strongly agree category, in the disagree category obtained a percentage of 13.3%, at a percentage of 13.3% in the undecided category and a percentage of 0% in the strongly disagree category.
The statement that artificial intelligence can be used by anyone, obtained a percentage of 46.7% in the strongly agree category. While in the agree category it gets a
percentage of 20%, for the disagree category it gets a percentage of 20%, in the undecided category it gets a percentage of 20% and so does the strongly disagree category get the same percentage of 0%. The statement that artificial intelligence can be used anywhere gets a percentage of 26.7% in the strongly agree category. While in the agree category, it gets a percentage of 33.3%, for the disagree category, it gets a percentage of 20%, for the undecided category it gets a percentage of 13.3% and in the strongly disagree category it gets a percentage of 6.7%. Furthermore, the statement stating that artificial intelligence is an interesting technology in future education management, obtained a percentage of 6.7% in the strongly agree category. Furthermore, the statement stating that the delivery of material using artificial intelligence will be clearer, obtained a percentage of 26.7% in the strongly agree category. Whereas in the agree category, it gets a percentage of 33.3%, for the disagree category, it gets a percentage of 26.7%, in the undecided category it gets a percentage of 6.7% and the strongly disagree category gets a percentage of 6.7%.
The statement that artificial intelligence can explain its usefulness in future education management received a percentage of 33.3% in the strongly agree category.
While in the agree category, it gets a percentage of 46.7%, for the disagree category it gets a percentage of 0%, in the undecided category it gets a percentage of 13.3% and for a percentage of 6.7% also in the strongly disagree category. Furthermore, the statement that the term used in artificial intelligence is very appropriate in the future, obtained a percentage of 33.3% in the strongly agree category. As for the agreed category, it obtained a percentage of 26.7%, for the disagree category it got a percentage of 6.7%, in the undecided category it got a percentage of 26.7% as well as a percentage of 6.7% in the strongly disagree category. The statement that with the existence of effective
artificial intelligence in teaching and learning skills in the future, obtained a percentage of 13.3% in the category strongly agreeing with the statement given. While in the statement agreeing to get a percentage of 20%, in the category of doubtful got a percentage of 33.3% for the category disagreeing to get a percentage of 20% and for the category strongly disagreeing to get a percentage of 13.3%.
Furthermore, the statement that artificial intelligence is more fun in future learning obtained a percentage of 6.7% in the strongly agree category. As for the agree category, it obtained a percentage of 40%, for the disagree statement obtained a percentage of 13.3%, in the undecided category got a percentage of 26.7% and so did the category strongly disagree obtained a percentage of 13.3%. The statement that artificial intelligence to improve student achievement in the future, obtained a percentage of 26.7% in the strongly agree category. While in the agree category, it gets a percentage of 20%, for a percentage of 26.7% in the disagree category, in the undecided category gets a percentage of 20% and so does strongly disagree getting a percentage of 6.7%. The statement stating that whether artificial intelligence can increase motivation for teaching and learning in the future, obtained a percentage of 20% in the strongly agree category. While for the category agreeing to get a percentage of 53%, for the category disagreeing to get a percentage of 0%, in the undecided category gets a percentage of 20% and for the category strongly disagreeing to get a percentage of 6.7%.Finally, the statement stating that artificial intelligence is very effective for teaching and learning in the future, the category strongly agrees to get a percentage of 13.3%, the category agrees to get a percentage of 53.3%, the undecided category gets a percentage of 13.3%, for the category disagreeing to get a percentage of 6.7% and in the category strongly disagreeing to get a percentage of 13.3%. All of these statements show the results that artificial intelligence is really needed to improve the efficiency of education management in the future.
So artificial intelligence has become an innovation that has great potential to change various fields of life including education. So in education management artificial intelligence can be used as an effective tool to improve efficiency and quality in the learning process. And in the context of education, artificial intelligence can also be used to collect and analyze data related to student performance, teaching methods, and evaluation. So that artificial intelligence can provide predictions about student performance in the future, providing valuable insights for teachers and education management staff. Artificial intelligence can create virtual assistants to organize learning materials, provide pedagogical advice, and manage administrative tasks. Then teachers can focus on direct interaction with students and provide more individualized guidance.
The result of this research is that the use of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future can be well resolved in the search for problem solutions. The use of artificial intelligence This is optimized to have a large and flexible positive impact on the future goals of education management. Artificial intelligence is in need of unique learning so by utilizing artificial intelligence that can
analyze individual student data and design curriculum tailored to their needs. This allows teachers to provide a more personalized learning experience, improving student learning outcomes. The obvious benefit that has been proven in this research is that it is effective in solving problems that occur, because in education management the task of supervision and evaluation often takes a lot of time and resources. With artificial intelligence, problems in education management are alleviated and these tasks can be automated. For example, exams and assignments can be evaluated automatically using artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence can thus help save time and allow teachers and management staff to focus on the more important aspects of teaching.
The research studied on the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future is going well and getting maximum results. Evidenced by several statements distributed through a questionnaire, then the researcher presents them through a table so that it is easy for readers to read and understand. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses numbers or numerics that contain numbers in it that are accurate and reliable. This research method is obtained by collecting all the many data obtained by researchers by going directly to the research location, namely at school. When directly at the research site, the researcher tries to explore his research to get valid data. By using this quantitative method which contains accurate original data, researchers can explain in detail how much data has been researched in the field correctly and according to the actual facts that exist. This method also makes it easier for researchers to create scientific papers using tables containing statements about the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence. The results obtained from this statement are also explained through the explanation after the use of the table, so that it can be seen easily by the reader.
The purpose of this research is to be able to provide experiences in learning that are more personalized, efficient, and effective for students. This does not only improve learning outcomes, but also helps teachers and management staff in making more informational and effective decisions and facilitates students in learning at their own pace, filling gaps in understanding, and achieving their maximum potential. So the researcher hopes that future researchers can help continue where artificial intelligence has not been applied in an educational management in improving teaching that has not been well implemented artificial intelligence easily in the future.
CONCLUSION
Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that, with artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of education management in the future, it can offer great potential to improve the efficiency and quality of the learning process in the future.
With intelligent data analysis, customized curriculum development, virtual assistants for teachers, automatic evaluation, and education systems can become more effective, efficient, and responsive to the individual needs of students. Artificial intelligence. Can help teachers focus on direct interaction with students and provide more individualized
guidance. Provides a smarter learning process with careful analysis of each student's achievements, more personalized and convenient learning, according to the areas required by each student. Ideally, it can help a person learn with more focus because the learning can also be an interactive session.
