Pola asuh dan penyikapan orangtua dengan anak akan terlihat jelas ketika anaknya menginjak usia remaja menuju dewasa awal. Untuk itu, dilakukan penelitian dalam rangka mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai hubungan pola asuh permisif orang tua terhadap perilaku Agresif pada Remaja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang sebanyak 250 siswa.
Setelah memakai metode Issac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 10%
maka, peniliti menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 127 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode skala. Untuk jumlah item (x) pola asuh permisif = 37 item dari 40 item, (Y) perilaku agresif = 36 item dari 40 item.
Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Product Moment (Pearson) yang dilakukan dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 21.0, dimana level of significant (𝛼) 0,01 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,234 dengan nilai (p) sig = 0,008, menunjukkan terdapat hubungan rendah yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang orang tua yang permisif terhadap perilaku agresif pada remaja di SMA Kartika 1- 5 Padang.

x ABSTRACT
Parenting patterns and attitudes of parents with children will be seen clearly when their children reach adolescence to early adulthood. For this reason, a study was conducted in order to examine more deeply the relationship between permissive parenting of parents on aggressive behavior in adolescents.
The population of this study were all students of class XI SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang as many as 250 students.
After using the Isaac and Michael method with an error rate of 10%, the researcher used a research sample of 127 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The method used is the check method. For the number of items (x) permissive parenting = 37 items out of 40 items, (Y) aggressive behavior = 36 items out of 40 items.
Based on the results of the Product Moment (Pearson) correlation test carried out with the help of IBM SPSS version 21.0, where the level of significant () is 0.01 and the correlation coefficient value (r) = 0.234 with a value (p) sig = 0.008, indicating that there is a low relationship There is a significant relationship between permissive parenting and aggressive behavior in adolescents at SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang.
