i ABSTRAK
Duta wisata adalah kontes dibidang beauty pageant untuk mengembangkan potensi diri dalam sektor pariwisata. Sebagai seorang duta memperhatikan penampilan adalah hal penting. Namun apabila perhatian pada penampilan berlebihan disertai rasa ketidakpuasan maka dapat menjadi hal maladaptive.
Perfectionism adalah sikap individu untuk mencapai standar kesempurnaan yang disertai dengan evaluasi kritis dan bersifat multidimensional. Evaluasi terhadap penampilan dapat menimbulkan rasa ketidakpuasan terhadap bentuk tubuh yang berkembang menjadi kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara masing-masing aspek dari perfectionism dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder pada komunitas Duta Wisata Kab. Semarang. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 33 orang. Skala pada penelitian ini adalah multidimentional perfectionism scale dan body dysmorphic sympthoms scale brazillian-portuguesse version. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik analisis korelatif korelasional product moment Pearson. Pada hubungan antara masing-masing aspek dari perfectionism (self oriented perfectionism, other oriented perfectionism, dan socially prescribed perfectionism) dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder berturut-turut menunjukkan nilai korelasi rx1y = 0,425 p = 0,007, rx2y = 0,483 p = 0,002, dan rx3y = 0,440 p = 0,005.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat masing-masing aspek dari perfectionism maka semakin tinggi tingkat kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder, begitu juga sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif perfectionism terhadap kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder adalah 34%.

ii ABSTRACT
Tourism Ambassador is a contest of beauty pageant to develop self-potential in tourism sector. As an ambassador, being attractive is an important. Nonetheless, it may be maladaptive if people just focus on looks excessively while also feeling unsatisfied. Perfectionism is a personal tendency to strive for perfection, which is accompanied by a critical evaluation and it has a multidimensional character.
Evaluation of appearance can lead to dissatisfaction with body shape, which develops into a tendency for body dysmorphic disorder. This study aims to determine the relationship between each aspect of perfectionism with a tendency for body dysmorphic disorder on community of Tourism Ambassadors in Semarang Regency. The participants in this study were 33 people. The scales used in this study were the multidimensional perfectionism scale and the Brazilian-Portuguesse version of body dysmorphic symptom scale. This study uses the Pearson product moment correlative analysis technique. On the relationship between each aspect of perfectionism (self oriented perfectionism, other oriented perfectionism, and socially priscribed perfectionism) and the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder is rx1y = 0,425 p = 0,007, rx2y = 0,483 p = 0,002, and rx3y = 0,440 p = 0,005, respectively. The results showed that the higher level of each aspect of perfectionism, the higher tendency for body dysmorphic disorder, vice versa.
Perfectionism's effective contribution to the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder is 34%.
