BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai) yang merupakan program bantuan pemerintah dengan pemberian uang tunai atau beragam bantuan lainnya, baik bersyarat maupun tak bersyarat untuk masyarakat miskin agar mampu membantu perekonomiannya.Pada awal tahun 2020, Covid-19 menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia, Salah satu wilayah terdampak pandemi yaitu Desa Sidomulyo-a Kecamatan Sibiru-biru yang termasuk kedalam bagian dari Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Rumusan masalah yang akan dibahas yaitu, Bagaimana bentuk Sosialisasi Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD) Di Dusun 2 Sidomulyo-a Kecamatan Sibiru-biru agar sampai merata informasinya kepada masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk Sosialisasi Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) di Dusun 2 Desa Sidomulyo-a Kecamatan Sibiru-biru.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Naratif, dimana dalam pendekatan ini bersifat menguraikan atau menjelaskan tentang suatu kejadian , peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang dihubungkan secara kronologis yang berfokus pada kajian seorang individu.
Bentuk sosialisasi door to door menjadi pilihan Pemerintah Desa Sidomulyo.Dimana Kades menyerahkan penuh kepada Kadus untuk mendata warga yang ada di Dusunnya.Dan kemudian Kadus mendatangi rumah warga yang di anggapnya layak menerima BLT dan meminta bebrapa persyaratan sebagai kelengkapan data.
Kesimpulan dan Saran: Penyampaian informasi dari Kepala Desa diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada Kepala Dusun 2, Warga yang menerima BLT langsung di datangi dan data langsung di rumahnya oleh Kadus. Pemerintah Desa menjadi faktor pendukung penting dalam kesuksesan pelaksanaan program ini dan dibantu oleh unsur-unsur tertentu.Disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk lebih bijak dalam memilih warga yang benar-benar layak dan berhak menerima ataupun memperoleh BLT.Karena masih banyak warga yang kurang diperhatikan sehingga seharusnya mereka layak menerima tetapi justru malah mereka tidak menerima bantuan tersebut.Disarankan agar pemerintah melakukan penyebaran informasi yang transparan mengenai Program BLT-DD ini dengan melakukan sosialisasi yang bisa diadakan di Balai Desa maupun Di Kantor Desa agar informasinya dapat menyebar secara merata.

BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai) which is a government assistance program by providing cash or various other assistance, both conditional and unconditional for the poor to be able to help their economy. In early 2020, Covid- 19 became a world health problem. One of the areas affected by the pandemic is Sidomulyo-a Village, Sibiru-biru Subdistrict which is part of Deli Serdang Regency. How is the form of Socialization of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT DD) in Hamlet 2 Sidomulyo-a Sibiru-biru District so that the information is evenly distributed to the community.The purpose of the study was to find out how the form of Socialization of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) in Hamlet 2 Sidomulyo-a Village, Sibiru- biru District. The research method used by the author is to use this will be a Narrative Approach, where the approach is to describe or explain about an event, event or series of events that are linked chronologically which focuses on the study of an individual.
The door to door form of socialization is the choice of the Sidomulyo Village Government. Where the village head fully hands over to the Kadus to record the residents in his hamlet. The Kadus then visited the houses of residents who were deemed eligible to receive BLT and asked for several requirements to complete the data.
Conclusions and Suggestions: Submission of information from the Village Head was fully handed over to the Head of Hamlet 2, the residents who received BLT were directly visited and data collected directly at their homes by the Kadus.
The village government was an important supporting factor in the successful implementation of this program and was assisted by certain elements. It is recommended for the government to be wiser in selecting residents who are truly deserving and entitled to receive or obtain BLT. This is because there are still many residents who are not given enough attention, so they should be eligible to receive BLT but instead they do not receive the assistance. It is suggested that the government conduct transparent information dissemination about the BLT-DD program by conducting socialization that can be held at the Village Hall or Village Office so that the information can spread evenly.
