KATA PENGANTAR

Puji syukur kami panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT. atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya, Buku Statistik Makro Sektor Pertanian tahun 2024 dapat diterbitkan. Buku ini berisi data perkembangan indikator makro sektor pertanian untuk periode lima tahun berdasarkan ketersediaan data masing-masing indikator (2019-2023, beberapa data sd. 2024 bulan tertentu) yang mencakup indikator Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), Realisasi Investasi PMA dan PMDN, Ekspor Impor Pertanian, Indeks Harga Konsumen dan Inflasi, Nilai Tukar Petani, Konsumsi, Kredit Perbankan, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia serta Nilai Tukar Rupiah.

Data yang disajikan dalam buku ini diolah oleh Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi Pertanian yang berasal dari beberapa instansi sumber data baik di lingkup Kementerian Pertanian maupun instansi lainnya seperti Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), dan Bank Indonesia.

PREFACE

Praise to Allah SWT for grace and gifts so that the Book of Macro Statistics for Agricultural Sector of 2024 can be published. This book presents the data of agricultural macro indicators in five years series depemd on each indicator (2019-2023, some data including certain month in 2024), including Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Domestic and Foreign Investment Realization, Agriculture Export and Import, Consumer Price Index and Inflation, Farmers’

Term of Trade, Consumption, Bank Credit, Bank of Indonesia Interest Rate and Rupiah Exchange Rate.

These data are presented by Center for Agricultural Data and Information System which are collected from other institutions within the Ministry of Agriculture, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) - Statistics Indonesia, Board of Investment Coordination, and Bank of Indonesia.

PENJELASAN TEKNIS / TECHNICAL NOTES

Buku Statistik Makro Sektor Pertanian terbagi kedalam 7 topik yang selanjutnya diikuti dengan penjelasan istilah teknis yang ada di masing-masing kelompok tersebut. Beberapa istilah teknis yang digunakan dalam buku ini adalah sebagai berikut :

To help users, the statistical data and information are grouped into 7 categories and then followed by technical explanation of the definitions and glossaries for each category. Some concepts and definitions used in this book:

• Produk Domestik Bruto adalah satu indikator penting untuk mengetahui kondisi ekonomi di suatu negara dalam suatu periode tertentu. PDB didefinisikan sebagai total nilai tambah dari semua unit produksi di suatu negara dalam periode tertentu (biasanya dalam kurun waktu satu tahun).

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is the important economic indicator to show the economic condition of a country at certain period in time. GDP is defined as the total value added for all production units in a certain country for a certain period (usually one year).

• Harga Berlaku adalah nilai tambah barang dan jasa yang dihitung dengan menggunakan harga yang berlaku pada setiap tahun.

GDP at Current Price show the value added of goods and services at current price for a certain year.

• Harga Konstan adalah nilai tambah barang dan jasa yang dihitung menggunakan harga yang berlaku pada satu tahun tertentu sebagai tahun dasar. Tahun dasar yang digunakan dalam publikasi ini adalah tahun 2010.

GDP at Constant Prices show the value added of goods and services calculated at fix price as a base year. A base year used in this publication is 2010.

• Data Penanaman Modal dalam buku ini tidak termasuk investasi di sektor minyak dan gas bumi, perbankan, lembaga keuangan non bank, asuransi, sewa guna usaha, pertambangan dalam rangka kontrak karya, perjanjian kerja pengusahaan pertambangan batu bara, investasi yang perizinannya dikeluarkan oleh instansi teknis/sektor, investasi portfolio (pasar modal) dan investasi rumah tangga.

Investment Data is excluded investment in oil and gas, non bank financial institution, insurance, leasing, mining in term of contracts to work, coal mining in terms of agreement of work, investment which licenses issued by technical/sectoral agency, portfolio as well as household investment.

• Data Realisasi Investasi adalah data kegiatan investasi yang direalisasikan oleh perusahaan

The Data of Investment Realization is the realization of investment activities data by company in terms of realy activities which producing goods/services and company already had permanent license from government.

• Data investasi berdasarkan atas Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (LKPM) adalah data kegiatan investasi yang direalisasikan oleh perusahaan selama kurun waktu tahun berjalan.

Realization data based on Capital Investement Activity Report is the realization of investment activities by the company during the period of current year.

• Pencatatan Statistik Ekspor berdasarkan dokumen Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) dan Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang Tertentu (PEBT) dan Pencatatan Statistik Impor berdasarkan dokumen Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) yang diterima BPS dari kantor- kantor Bea dan Cukai.

Export Statistics are compiled based on the PEB document (export notification of goods) and PEBT (export notification of certain goods) and Import Statistics are compiled based on the PIB document, received by the BPS-Statistics Indonesia from Custom Offices.

Exchange Rate is the agreement which is known as the exchange of payments at a current time, between the two currencies of two countries or regions.

• Indeks Harga Konsumen adalah angka/indeks yang menunjukkan perbandingan relatif antara tingkat harga (konsumen/eceran) pada saat bulan survei dan tingkat harga pada bulan sebelumnya.

The Consumer Price index (CPI) is an index that shows relative ratio between price level (consumer/retail) on the survey’s month and price level on the previous month.

• Inflasi adalah indikator yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang dinamika perkembangan

Inflation is the indicator that gives information on fluctuation of general price level of goods and services consumed by people.

• Mulai Januari 2020 indeks harga konsumen (IHK) dihitung berdasarkan pola konsumen hasil Survei Biaya Hidup (SBH) tahun 2018 yang dilaksanakan di 90 ibu kota ptovinsi dan 56 kabupaten/kota. Survei ini dilaksanakan di daerah perkotaan dengan total sampel rumah tangga sebanyak 141.600 rumah tangga.

Since January 2020 the calculation of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) has been based on 2018Cost of Living Survey (CLS) in 90 capital cities and 56 districts. CLS is held in rural area with total sample 141,600 households.

• Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) adalah perbandingan antara indeks harga yang diterima (It) dan dibayar (Ib) petani. NTP mengukur kemampuan tukar produk (komoditas) yang dihasilkan/dijual petani dibandingkan dengan produk yang dibutuhkan petani, baik untuk proses produksi (usaha) maupun untuk konsumsi rumah tangga petani.

Farmer’s Term of Trade (FTT) is the ratio of price received by farmer indices and price paid by farmer indices. It measures the exchange value of products produced or sold by farmers compared to the products needed by farmers for production process and household consumption.

• Sejak 2020, indeks harga yang diterima dan indeks harga yang dibayar petani serta NTP menggunakan tahun dasar 2018 dengan cakupan sebanyak 33 provinsi serta penyajian data untuk masing-masing sub sektor, sebelumnya indeks harga yang diterima petani dan indeks harga yang dibayar petani serta NTP menggunakan tahun dasar 2012.

Since 2020, the price index received by farmer (IT) and the price index paid by farmers (IB) and Farmers Term of Trade (NTP) use 2018 as the base year which cover of 33 provinces and present data for each sub-sector, the previous year, price index received by farmer (IT) and price index paid by farmers (IB) and Farmers Term of Trade (NTP) use 2012 as the base year.

• Konsumsi Rata-rata per Kapita Seminggu adalah konsumsi rata-rata beberapa jenis makanan yang umum dikonsumsi. Data tersebut belum menunjukkan besaran

konsumsi yang sesungguhnya, karena hanya menggambarkan konsumsi makanan yang dimasak/disiapkan rumah tangga, tidak termasuk konsumsi makanan jadi.

Weekly Average per Capita Consumption shows the data of average consumption of some

type of food generally consumed by the people. The data do not show the real consumption

yet, because those only describe the food consumed at home or cooked at home, excluding

prepared food from outside.

Monthly Average Per Capita Expenditure presents the data of expenditure and percentage of average expenditure per capita per month for food and non-food.

• Kurs mata uang adalah nilai tukar suatu mata uang terhadap mata uang lain. Dalam konteks perdagangan valuta asing (forex) atau transaksi keuangan, terdapat tiga jenis kurs utama yang sering digunakan, yaitu kurs jual, kurs beli, dan kurs tengah.

Exchange rates refer to the value of one currency relative to another. In the context of foreign exchange (forex) trading or financial transactions, there are three main types of exchange rates commonly used: selling rate, buying rate, and middle rate.

• Kurs beli adalah nilai tukar yang ditetapkan oleh bank atau lembaga keuangan ketika membeli valuta asing dari pelanggan.

Buying rate is the exchange rate set by banks or financial institutions when purchasing foreign currency from customers.

• Kurs jual adalah nilai tukar yang ditetapkan oleh bank atau lembaga keuangan ketika menjual valuta asing kepada pelanggan.

Selling rate is the exchange rate set by banks or financial institutions when selling foreign currency to customers.

• Kurs tengah adalah nilai rata-rata antara kurs jual dan kurs beli. Kurs ini sering digunakan untuk keperluan pelaporan, akuntansi, atau transaksi antarbank.

Middle rate is the average value between the selling rate and the buying rate. This rate

is often used for reporting, accounting, or interbank transactions.

RINGKASAN EKSEKUTIF / EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Kinerja perekonomian Indonesia pada periode tahun 2020-2024 cenderung naik. Hal ini tercermin dari capaian Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) baik secara nominal maupun riil. Pada tahun 2023, laju pertumbuhan PDB Indonesia mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5,05%. Tahun 2024 laju pertumbuhannya menjadi 5,08% (sampai dengan triwulan II). Pada tahun 2023, sektor pertanian sempit (pertanian, peternakan, perburuan dan jasa pertanian) mengalami pertumbuhan positif sebesar 0,18%. Pada tahun 2022 kontribusi sektor pertanian sempit terhadap total PDB Indonesia sebesar 9,25%.

Indonesia’s economy performance in the period of 2020 – 2024 tend to increasing. It is reflected by the achievements of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) both in nominal and real terms. In 2023, the Indonesia's GDP growth rate increased by 5.05% per year. However, in 2024, the growth rate increased to 5.08% (until second quarter). In that year, agricultural sector also had a positive growth of 0.18% per year. In 2022, the contribution of agricultural sector for total GDP of Indonesia was 9.25%.

Pada tahun 2024 sampai triwulan 2 realisasi investasi PMDN berdasarkan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal mencapai Rp 408,20 triliun yang terdiri dari sektor primer sebesar Rp 93,0 triliun, sektor sekunder sebesar Rp 94,84 triliun dan sektor tersier sebesar Rp 220,38 triliun.

Sementara, realisasi investasi PMA mencapai Rp 28,12 triliun.

Until second quarter in 2024, the achievement of domestic investment on Capital Investment Activity Report reached Rp 408.2 trillion, consist of the primary sector reached Rp 93.0 trillion, the secondary sector reached Rp 94.84 trillion and the tertiary sector reached Rp 220.38 trillion.

Meanwhile, the achievement of foreign direct investment reached about Rp 28.12 triliun.

Total nilai ekspor komoditas pada sektor pertanian pada tahun 2023 sebesar USD 36,27 milyar, dimana 92,65% atau setara dengan USD 33,79 milyar berasal dari sumbangan ekspor komoditas perkebunan. Sisanya berasal dari sumbangan subsektor lainnya, yakni peternakan 3,90% (setara USD 1,38 milyar), hortikultura 2,84% (setara USD 804,11 juta), dan tanaman pangan 0,60%

(setara USD 292,69, juta). Sementara jika berdasarkan wujudnya, nilai ekspor pertanian segar tahun 2024 sebesar USD 3,21 milyar dan nilai ekspor olahan pertanian sebesar USD 22,23 milyar.

The total export value of commodities in the agricultural sector in 2023 amounted to USD 36.27 billion, of which 92.65% or USD 33.79 billion came from exports of plantation commodities. The remainder came from other subsectors, namely livestock 3.90% (equivalent to USD 1.38 billion), horticulture 2.84% (equivalent to USD 804.11 million), and food crops 0.60% (equivalent to USD 292.69 million). Based on its form, the export value of fresh agricultural products for 2024 was USD 3.21 billion, while the export value of processed agricultural products was USD 22.23 billion.

berdasarkan wujudnya, nilai impor pertanian segar adalah sebesar USD 8,39 milyar dan nilai impor pertanian olahan sebesar USD 11,64 milyar.

Agricultural sector imports in 2023 amounted to USD 25.34 billion, of which 45.30% (equivalent to USD 11.22 billion) were imports of food crop commodities, 16.52% (equivalent to USD 4.68 billion) were from livestock commodities, 27.35% (equivalent to USD 6.59 billion) were from plantation commodities, and 10.83% (equivalent to USD 2.86 billion) were imports of horticultural commodities. In 2024, based on the form, the value of fresh agricultural imports is expected to be USD 8.39 billion, while the value of processed agricultural imports is expected to be USD 11.64 billion.

Pada tahun 2023, inflasi umum mencapai 2,61%. Inflasi yang berasal dari kelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau sebesar 6,18%. Penyusun laju inflasi kelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau terdiri dari (1) makanan; (2) minuman yang tidak beralkohol; (3) Minuman beralkohol;

serta (4) rokok dan tembakau. Perkembangan laju inflasi terbesar tahun 2023 terjadi pada kelompok perawatan pribadi dan jasa lainnya sebesar 3,55%, sedangkan kelompok informasi, komunikasi dan jasa keuangan mengalami inflasi terendah sebesar 0,2%.

In 2023, the general inflation rate reached 2.61%. Inflation from the food, beverages, and tobacco group was 6.18%. The components of the inflation rate in the food, beverages, and tobacco group consisted of (1) food; (2) non-alcoholic beverages; (3) alcoholic beverages; and (4) cigarettes and tobacco. The highest inflation rate in 2023 occurred in the personal care and other services group, which increased by 3.55%, while the information, communication, and financial services group experienced the lowest inflation at 0.2%.

Nilai tukar petani (NTP) Indonesia pada tahun 2023 sebesar 112,46. Nilai tukar petani (NTP) sub sektor tanaman pangan sebesar 107,63 dan NTP sub sektor hortikultura sebesar 111,75. NTP sub sektor perkebunan dan peternakan masing-masing sebesar 128,49 dan 101,81.
