wurde durch den Präsident A. Brandt eröffnet das Protokoll wurden angenommen wie verlesen.
Ein Kanidat Fred H Tegeder 29 Jahre alt wurde vorgeschlagen von F. Meyer und W. Stickan an das Committe wurden ernannt. W. Mashmeier W Behret, H Sanders
der Krankenbericht lautete C. Heger war krank vom 3 July – 17 July Gottlieb Huber vom 21 July – 11 Aug K. Kahl vom 7 July bis 21 July
dieser Bericht wurde angenommen und zur Zahlung angewiesen.
Das Picnic Com. berichteten das das Tanz Floor fertig sei und es wurde dann beschloßen einen Picnic abzuhalten am Sonntag den 27 Aug. das alt Com.
und W. Mashmeier H Hohn und W. Stickan wurden an das Picnic Com ernannt und das Sct beauftragt Post Karten zu senden
Die Trusties berichteten 126.00 Zinsen Einahme. Das Ball Com. berichteten einen Deveciet von 35.80

as read.
A Candidate, Fred H Tegeder 29 years old was suggested by F Meyer
and W Stickan. On the committee were named W. Mashmeier W Behret, H Sanders
the sick report reported C. Heger was sick from 3 July – 17 July
Gottlieb Huber from 21 July – 11 Aug K. Kahl from 7 July through 21 July this report was accepted
and deferred for payment.
The picnic committee reported that the dance floor was finished and it was then decided to hold a picnic
on Sunday the 27th of August. The old Com.
and W. Mashmeier, H Hohn and
W Stickan were named to the Picnic Com.
and the secretary instructed to send post cards.
The trustees reported 126.00 in income from interest. The ball committee reported a deficit of 35.80
